Cost of Plans, removal of features from basic/growth plans, often lot of changes made during short period of time with user interface, tons of bugs/glitches, Not much customization offered even on growth plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
QUITE EASY TO USE & IMPLEMENTATION IS ORDINARY. FREQUENT USE OF IT. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS GOOD Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SOME FEATURES ARE MISSING. THEY CAN WORK MORE ON INTEGRATION PART. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Freshsales is a perfect CRM tool for small to mid-sized organizations for both daily sales-related activities to monthly and quarterly planning. It is easy to operate. All my leads, prospects, clients are categorized and managed properly in well planned stages of sales. managing a team is super easy and Freshsales makes coordination and supervision flawless.
Other than this, various campaigns over phone, whatsapp and email make it a super tool. FS is easy to integrate, atleast to me. I had tried a couple of CRM tools including Leadsquared but FS is unbeatable.
Their support team is super helpful and care for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Working on app is cumbersome prefer web version. Would seriously want FS to integrate AI in their setup for someone like me who uses FS on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Freshsales prodives the basic CRM-required features, users-friendly interface. It is easy for me to use Freshsales daily to log in all of customers' information and tasks relalted to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Exporting report is the essential feature that I have to use weekly even daily. However, I cannot setup the reports combination that I want to export such as account - contact.
If the user can sort out the details in the report directly on Freshsales website, it would be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It combines simple off-the-shelf functionality, with highly conifgurable & bespoke elements so very suitable for our specific requirements as we needed a bespoke booking system built into our CRM. I also like how it is 'future-proof' & is continually being enhanced with additional functionality at no extra cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unable to sync email accounts according to a salesperson's Territory, so it is all or nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is cleana dn easy to use.
there were way more features for a better price
Customer support has been the best i have expereineced to date.
We are going to look at further expanding to the different Freshworks suits as it works on better and you use 1 program instead of 2 or 3 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was nothing that stood out that i didnt like about the project. any problems that i couldnt fix was supported by the call centre Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
super intuitive, able to set up independently, great support when we need it, incredibly powerful and customizable, integration with outlook, easy to import data, easy to find the information I need with searching. the best part is that it meets the needs of our new logo sales team as well as our account management team. our new salesperson said "I've used Salesforce my entire career and this does all the same stuff, but it's much more intuitive."
we haven't explored much of the marketing or sales journey functionality yet, but expect to consolidate some of our other tools into what freshsales offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the only thing we aren't loving so far is the task feature. we are used to a more kanban style board for tracking work and the task dashboard doesn't support this. We decided to leverage a pipeline and "deals" for these items we want to track separately from our actual sales opportunities.
if there was a connection for social media to LinkedIn we'd be able to get rid of another tool that we use to manage our social posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is my first time managing a CRM package and export/importing from our old and dated CRM was relatively easy. The biggest problem was caused by poor exporting functionality provided by ACT! Once exporting and data manipulation was complete, importing old CRM data to freshsales was easy.
Chat support is relatively quick and easy to use. Response time is relatively fast.
Support resolves any technical issues fairly quickly. If it takes multiple steps to troubleshoot, it is fully guided. For example, I needed to pull data from developer mode in my browser and it was easy to get the information needed due the live chat support and video examples provided.
Software is regularly updated with many of my requests having been implemented in the first year of use.
Automation are a huge timesaver, and is simple to use without a programming background. More advanced features available through Webhooks and REST API
I use it daily, and it has greatly simplified and streamlined our sales process and has made it much easier to keep on top of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally need to hard reload (clear cache and reload) to have UI changes propagate. (to be fair, this is an issue I have had with other web-based applications.
Some basic features that I would expect to exist did not exist in freshsales.
-For example, there is no built-in way to review all tasks for a group of individuals for a manager, this can be don't with reports but it is clunky and should be a basic feature of the UI in the activities dashboard
-Sorting by certain fields was not possible which required a workaround using a series of automations. It was disappointing that this was missing and "not possible" per support, while I was still able to make it work without needing to use webhooks or external processing.
-Automation needs more functionality involving arithmetic (numeric and date). There is no way to use automation that compares relative field values as a condition, nor is there a way to add or subtract fields outside of shifting relative to a given date. This seems possible to do using webhooks but it would be nice to have for less technically minded users.
-There is no support for customer forms that allow fields in deals to update. Forms can only capture initial information to create deals but cannot be used to update fields in deals (for example, sending customers a configuration sheet for a car that allows them to add or update specific fields on an existing deal. Once again, I can see how this could be done with webhooks and an external survey form connected via API, however, a simple solution should exist.
-Freshsales to Freshdesk integration has far better functionality when inside Freshsales looking to Freshsdesk. When inside freshdesk, there isn't a lot you can do with he freshsales integration options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Freshsales allows you to really build knowledge about a company by adding more contacts to it, adding notes, credit scores and it allows ou see the companies current deals etc. I use it everyday, secifically for entering contacts to cold call them. After i have cold called them i can easily enter a call log so i can look back on previous calls to see progression/what i need to do next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The analytics are good however, they need a faster refresh rate, or an option to manually refresh so teams dshboards etc can be kept more up-to-date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
