As a Project management for a Software company here in Brazil, I needed a platform that could be used along my CRM, and I can tell that the tools from Freshworks are incredible. They work well in a syncronization mode that enable us to keep our Leads coming in and converting while we take great care of our existing customers. There is a transition phase where our lead will turn into a customer and the score system does it a good job on pinpointing the most interested lead. I would love to see conversations / team inbox in the free version with a one time limit. This way, the users would start using the feature and would push the company to move to a paid version once the cap on conversations is up.
