My favorite feature of Foxit eSign is its dependability. Foxit eSign can be relied upon whenever there is a need to get a document signed – it is always a smooth sail. With the help of signing capabilities I am able to get documents signed in a matter of hours as an opposed to days when I was doing the signing process manually. I less like the interface of Foxit eSign because the navigation of the web can slightly be congested sometimes. It’s not always as fast as I want it to be, which is a big issue when I am pressed for time. This has at some incidences led to a slowness in the signing of documents and this is rather irritating especially when working under time constraints. Also, this absence of configurable elements can be considered a drawback because the platform does not align with directions I would like to see, depending on my tasks. I think Foxit eSign specifically concerned because it is easy to use and integrate. Among some features of the software, a possibility of getting the e-signature quickly and without any problems, which saves paper and the time needed to send documents with signatures. Foxit eSign has many features, but its API needs enhancement. Right now, the API functionality is small, but smaller than we had hoped when trying to push it deeper into our internal systems. On occasion, this has gotten in the way of our workflow automation and added more manual work than we’d like. What really sells for me about Foxit eSign is the simplicity in which it makes the signing process! It’s easy to use and easy to get documents uploaded and signatures in no time. To add, it’s very easy to integrate with Google Drive and Microsoft 365; this helped me much in managing my files. Foxit eSign is great, but I would like a bit more flexibility for how I make the signing layout personal. This can get tricky placing signature fields exactly where I want them for documents with unique formats. The email notifications don’t always sync up right away so some signatures don’t always sync up right away and this confuses me if there’s more than one person involved, that’s another thing. I like about Foxit eSign most that they organize our workflows by keeping it all organised with clear steps for every stage of document signing. With the automatic progress tracking we no longer miss either the important or the small steps in our agreements. It is regrettable that the notification settings are quite inflexible in the event that somebody takes time to sign a document at Foxit eSign. Sometimes, it seems like you have to go seeking an update yourself which can a process that takes time. Also, there is an issue with document uploading that sometimes fails to recognize non conventional file types and hence has to engage in a process of styling some of the files. What I love most about Foxit eSign is that you can actually streamline document workflows, special for obtaining quick signatures and approvals. What I also like is that it fits nicely in Microsoft 365 as you can send signed documents directly and store them. But the legally binding esignatures and the feature to build reusable templates have been a big time saver. A problem I have with Foxit eSign is that when processing larger files the processing is sometimes a bit lagged and slowed down the signing process. Also, the user interface can be more up to date and easier to use, it takes a little bit of time for new team members to understand how it works. These issues cause a little delay when it comes to time sensitive documents or training new users. And this takes more time to produce complex reports which can be tiring auditing or reviewing. I like the fact that the esigning process becomes simple and easy with Foxit eSign. It takes me only minutes to upload documents, put in signatures, and get it approved. If you can also use it with other tools such as Google Drive or Dropbox, then this means you’ll get a smooth experience when you need to access your document. The one downside of using Foxit eSign is that there is no means of advanced customization of documents. Templates are fine for forms that are pretty standard, but a flexible to add custom fields or modify the layout isn't there. For documents with complex formatting, it can be restrictive. One of the things I like about Foxit eSign is the strong security it provides to protect our documents all the way up until we get to the signatures. Both senders and signers can be protected with the extra layer of protection of multi factor authentication. There is one issue I have discovered with Foxit eSign and that is a lack of compatibility with certain groups of documents, for instance intricate documents with strong dynamic fields. For those simple legal contracts, the PDF editor is effective but for documents with complex form fields or other formatting, they may not render or be fully functional. As much as Foxit eSign is a great tool, I have found the one for the mobile touch daunting at some point. It is slower in loading documents than preferred, with cases wherein the syncing of documents isn’t as smooth as desired. Sometimes it takes considerable time navigating different features of an app, so if the mobile one was as intuitive and receptive as the desktop, then the number of hours spent on work with additional device will be less. Foxit will oversell their suite of products. The eSign product is limited to an individual and does not perform across a team of people. That requires another purchase. Putting all the products together to be centrally managed would be the most productive route. There should be no need to add extra cost so that signed documents can be collaborated on by different indivduals in the same organization. Contacts, contracts, address books and signing history cannot be easily shared across organization users without an extra purchase.
