"One of the best for cyber security awareness tool"

What do you like best about Fortra's Terranova Security?

Ease of using the administrative platform.

Very friendly account manager, ciso and senior consultant.

Prompt response from general support team.

Traininig portal released and implemented in 1 day to 12k employees with little to no intervention needed.

We have seen true dedication and inovation with Terranova Security and we will not hesite to recommend recommending to renew our contract next year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fortra's Terranova Security?

We are not ready to use SCIM for the user DB portionwhich makes it harder to import new users.

Although awareness communications should be done via the portal, our employees do not trust external comms. We therefore must use our internal mechanisms.

Support model (billable hours) could be revised in offring single cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
