I like they way a simulation is built using a step-by-step approach visualized with tabs. It helps understanding exactly what is left to complete. I basically have to copy and paste email and feedback templates which is unnecessary. There is also kind of a bug related to email settings and the possibility to test sending emails. When they get caught in simulations it proves to them that they aren't as secured as they though they'd be. But also the fact that we can easily customize users and simulation, all the information are easily accessible apart from my point of dislike. Also support was great when I called it took 2 mins... wow! **What do you dislike about Fortra Human Risk Management?** When you want to view user status in a simulation in details you can't open the user in a new tab and it's annoying! I'd like to be able to middle click on the user that I want to see in details and then go to those tab without having to always click and then go back. But for the users it gives them the knowlegde they need to face those phishing emails and more. I actually learn something too about the different types of phishing and how to better identify them.
