The trainings are not updated like before. It would be good to have trainings updated according to the upcomming threats around the world. Also to have different "training-set-up" to chose from. FTS integrates easily with Cisco's Email Security Gateway appliances. And, has easy to set up documentation for enabling email provisions for your unique company email domain. You can also easily integrate your Active Directory to the cloud platform to federate your users for emailing and for authentication for user click reporting. I dont like that there is no easy way to copy and re-use and existing template that I have built. I basically have to copy and paste email and feedback templates which is unnecessary.
