What do you like best about Force24?

The integration between Force24 and our CRM is fantastic and keeps all our data up to date and in a central location. Also, the ability to create snippets to allow the quick build of microsites and landing pages makes our workload a lot lighter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Force24?

The connection between Force24 and our CRM is only polled once per hour, which can cause small delays in data being updated. Also, I hoped that I would be able to trigger automated workflows and sending of emails using Force24's API, but I don't believe that is possible as of yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that has prevented a 10 star review, is the time to function. We were integrating with a fairly unknown CRM which meant the onboarding process was a little long; however, once it was fully set up, it performs as well as we could hope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our business requires multiple types of communication from prospecting to nurturing all the way through to customer management. I love how force can handle the complexities in my business in such a simple way.

Support is instant and strategy input from their experts takes my comms to a whole new level.

Nothing, the UI is terrible, everything needs customisations, and it is very expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Missold by sales, the solution has no native integrations, and everything that should be standard has ludicrous fees. Very much feels like a platform in Beta. Locked us in contract for 12 months, a huge mistake.

Unfortunately we're having to teething problems with translating our marketing journeys into Force24. Some of our initial comms are time sensitive and aren't sent fast enough. We're working with Force24 to improve these times though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Force24?

Great control of data inside, filtering, automated segmentation and custom fields make this incredibly powerful. Creating email journeys/sequences is intuitive. Support is one of the best amongst SAAS products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Force24?

Creating email templates is clunky and can be frustrating as the line spacing changes everytime you click on edit and CSS just keeps getting added rather than changed. May have to start creating HTML templates elsewhere and copying it in rather than using the editor. Also the deliverability reports are good, but sending campaigns doesn't always seem to actually send to the audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
