What do you like best about Folloze?

What I enjoy the most about the platform is how easy is to put together the experiences and how quickly you can be up and running with a new campaign. I also enjoy that it serves multiple use cases for every stage of the journey and that it complements well as one of the pieces of the tactical portion for the ABM strategy. What do you dislike about Folloze?

Some things still need to evolve in the platform, especially those related to email orchestration and overall flexibility for building and customizing the boards. But I know the Folloze team has been making a lot of progress there, even since we onboarded. Very user-freindly. Not an over-complicated interfact. Building blocks with core components make creating a page possible in minutes. The connection with Salesforce is also extremely simple so our sales team are able to make fast, actionable outreach. I also like the email capability and how it syncs with outlook. What do you like best about Folloze?

Folloze is easy to set up and implement and delivers an engaging experience for our prospects. I like that the templates are not overly complicated and we can have a board up and running in minutes. The analytics dashboard is my go-to report to see who spends how much time on what content. And, bonus points, we have a fantastic customer success manager assigned to us (thank you Krysta!). What do you like best about Folloze?

As part of my role in organizing a virtual Council, I had to set up a website to share information with the network. However, I soon realize that the engagement level of a website are not as efficient as I wanted it to be. That is when I learned about Folloze.

Folloze is a really user-friendly tool: easy to use and fast to learn how to use it.

What do you dislike about Folloze?

There are still some features and functions that could be improved ie. the calendar function.

Another thing that could be improved is the link between the boards and registration option. At the moment, I can get people to register on one board and that takes them to the other board...but in case, someone shares the url of the other board, they can access it without registering.

What do you like best about Folloze?

Folloze makes it easy to scale up account-based experiences at scale to deliver the personalization buyers expect. No coding skills necessary, easy to build boards and personalize them, integrates with the cornerstones of our GTM stack, the use cases easily expand outside our jumping off point and the team has been there every step of the way to support those iterations.

Easy to repurpose content across different experiences using the library and also to apply different levels of access (ungated, gated) to support different business needs and use cases. Easy to see who (person or account) is engaging with the content to better understand which content resonates best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Folloze?

Every platform which requires content has to onboard and refresh that content. This is the biggest factor to balance between good and good enough. Any one can create some content, but well crafted & designed assets (original, thumbnails w/ best CTA, etc.) can set a brand apart from competitors and it takes resources to create those. So if you don't have that built into your plan, you should be considering how you can support the growth of using Folloze. That said, once the content is up in its best format, its easy to repurpose across all your Folloze assets so this is more of a lift for onboarding or new content development.

Links to standard file storage platforms are really helpful and help to alleviate some of this effort, but ours only allows external links to an asset for 30 days, so it won't work for us without refreshing those every month (which doesn't make sense). Maybe a one time link integration to automatically download that file into the Folloze library could solve that. Then that feature could be used to refresh those assets as needed without the manual effort of DL from file storage and re-uploading to Folloze Library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
