First and foremost, Fluency's platform is what you make it. Onboarding was incredible and their team make it very fluid and make themsleves available for any questions. The tools and UI do a great job of mimicking the traditional ad platforms just enough to be familiar while utilizing better work flows and automation to complete tasks much faster. It does take some getting used to as some of the terminology for certain tools or aspects does not line up perfectly with their native platform counterparts. But this is to be expected with a platform that centralizes all of your ad management. Overall, our agency has seen a significant improvement in our ability to quickly and consistantly onboard new clients and launch new campaigns using Fluency. We now use Fluency on an ongoing daily basis and have also seen our ability to optimize campaigns and control budget pacing significantly improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The few areas where we see room for improvement are as follows: some minor tasks like adding or switching out creative assets can be a bit cumbersome in comparison to the native platform's tools. For instance, when adding a creative image in a FB ad natively, you are able to add it and choose placements and optimizations all in essentially one place/section. Whereas with Fluency, you will need to navigate to multiple different sections to adjust elements like Placements, Optimizations, etc. But this represents more of a necessity/burden on the user to learn a new process than it does a mistake on Fluency for their layout (again, the platform is what you make it). Lastly, the only real problem we have had is that we frequently run "Experiment" campaigns in Google Ads to A/B test various elements of our Advertising and Fluency does not have a native way to set these up or make ongoing edits/changes. So any experiments have to be created and optimized natively in Google Ads. Fluency is able to pull this information into their system for us after the fact so we are able to track the data and performance of these experiments in the Fluency platform, but differentiating the test campaigns can be harder inside the Fluency platform. The Fluency Team is always willing to lend a helping hand, no matter the task. Everyone I've had the privilege of interacting with are invaluable assets, I can't thank them enough for all they do day in and day out to ensure our Program is operating efficiently and effectively. We recently rolled out a large-scale call tracking API project, highly technical in nature is an understatement. Having the opportunity to work directly with Eric throughout the project he ensured every milestone was hit, regardless of level of scope-creep throughout, he handled everything with true professionalism. I cannot recommend Fluency enough as a partner in the Advertising space! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've yet to have any kind of negative experience working with Fluency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Blueprints and External Data Sources are the true power of Fluency. With these two features alone, it justifies the cost. Add to that some of the most in-depth reporting creation and automation and you've got a winning package for agencies managing large client bases who need to be able to do bulk management and automation across all campaigns. Their UI is a little difficult to navigate at first, but they've been making big strides in improving the overall UX in the past year. They also have a very particular philosophy when it comes to budget management which may or may not jive with how your agency handles allocations on behalf of clients. This is a pretty minor hurdle to clear, though, and the automation and bulk management features definitely outweigh any potential downsides listed here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Fluency is once the initial setup of the campaigns is done and the blueprints are created...The campaigns literally take like 15 minutes to publish. Also another great part about Fluency is the actual service that was provided. Josh Baron has great Customer Service and if he doesn't know the answer he finds out. He is incredibly thorough and detailed with his responses and follow ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would say the only thing that I dislike about Fluency is the initial implementation can be ambiguous at times. This is only because of the unfamiliarity with navigating the platform as well as the wide range of differences in campaign builds and setups that we have for clients. This can cause minor hiccups in the initial setup because of the subtle nuances of campaign builds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fluency makes it extremely easy to design and implement campaign strategies across a number of similar verticals through the use of blueprinting. The system takes a bit of time to learn all the intricacies of proper taggings, filtering, and adding specific data sources but once mastered we could easily launch dozens of campaigns and ads to multiple clients at once.
The manage account dashboard allows you to quickly review a portfolio of accounts to identify those that are excelling or struggling, and any quick updates such as budgets, pausing/activating campaigns or ads can all be done within Fluency.
Their customer support is top notch and you're assigned a solutions architect and primary point of contact after onboarding to answer ongoing questions and learn about any new features. We've found our rep to be knowledgeable both about the platform but also ad management on both Meta and Google. Their quick to document feature requests or bug tickets, and share best practices that other Fluency customers are using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They've recently changed their UI, and while we understand the reasoning behind some of the updates there are some we don't quite approve of. The navigation in the system can be confusing, and there is a decent amount of Fluency-specific nomenclature to learn both within managing account budgets and within blueprinting.
Some of the budget management and pacing features can be confusing for new client or campaign launches mid-month. Improving the documentation around this and pacing in general would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our agency specializes in Franchise brands and multi-location businesses and Fluency allows us to develop strategies for an entire brand that can be rolled out to countless locations rapidly and seamlessly, saving us time (the most precious resource in an agency environment) to do the strategic work our clients need to succeed in a changing media environment. There are some growing pains as the platform is developed to support varying industries and agency setups. The current reporting system is severely limited as well. Fluency has been very open about constantly working on improving as they go though which is fantastic!
Additionally, the ability to use conditional logic (if/then/else statements) in Blueprints is currently limited and requires a bit of out of the box thinking to setup. Things tend to get updated that can break existing Blueprints without any notice given. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Managing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms has always been a juggling act, but the new Fluency platform revolutionizes the process with its seamless, user-friendly interface and robust organizational tools. From streamlining campaign oversight to providing intelligent budget management features, Fluency offers a cutting-edge solution for advertisers looking to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Another area where Fluency shines is its automation capabilities. The platform enables you to automate repetitive tasks, such as scheduling campaigns and budgets, targeting audiences, updating creatives across ad sets, and broadcasting time-sensitive ad copy. These time-saving features free you to focus on strategic planning and optimization for your social media campaigns.
Fluency also integrates seamlessly with existing tools, making it easy to sync your Meta campaigns with analytics platforms, CRMs, and other marketing software. This interconnectedness eliminates the need to jump between systems, creating a smoother workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found anything that I dislike so far. The interconnectedness between partners is a little clunky, but not unbearable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fluency has been fantastic about integrating with various complex systems that are part of my business in creative and valuable ways that allow us to quickly pivot our approaches based on every-changing business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fluency's desire to stay lightweight and flexible can sometimes cause friction with bulky established processes at large partner companies. This can be a positive though, as it can force partners to rethink some inefficient processes that might be long overdue for revamping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support experience has been top-notch. I believe this has been key to our implementation journey, and now I'm using Fluency every single day. The message of the day report is so handy to know where to start my optimizations and it's easy to create new entities such as new ad groups, ads, and campaigns! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The implementation has taken a lot of time for us, but I think it's completely worth it. Blueprints are still a big concept I need to wrap my head around, but the customer support has made this so much easier for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how I can manage all my accounts in one dashboard. Making changes to multiple accounts at once is much easier than before. I am still learning the platform, and there's aw LOT to learn. But I also really like the message of the day to be able to share with clients. Dan has been amazing and patient teaching our team all about how to use Fluency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's so many features that I'm unsure abouyt. The locking feature doesn't always make sense. Sometimes I want to make changes directly within the Google Ads platofrm, and I wish those changes would be imported automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Looking at all the budgets in one place.
Great customer support. Love how the team truly trys to work with you to make it better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-Budgeting. I wish it was just left untouched from FB. I dont think having features like the fast start w/o any data to back it up wether its good or not is worth it... Then changong budgets like $0.50 daily for other options is just annoying when looking in the history for something.
-Training was to long. Wish they broke out the training into a social only/Seo only because you start to get confused.
-didnt really work for our team but also know teams that reallly enjoy it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
