What do you like best about Flowlu?

What I like most about the application is that there's a lot of customization and personalization possibilities so you can customize the platform to fit your business situation. You can also turn modules on or off to make it less cluttered if you do not use certain features. The UI/UX is very clean and intuitive, and onboarding very straightforward. What do you like best about Flowlu?

We have been looking to centralize our key workflows in CRM, finance, and project management and finally found Flowlu.

After trying multiple free tools, I finally found a platform that can house these key steps in our business. It took a while for me to find all of these in one platform.

I enjoy the automation steps too to make sure that we don't miss out on anything when moving a prospect to a buyer up to our project management team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowlu?

The learning curve takes some time but this is time well spent, especially with the automation from CRM to project start.

What do you like best about Flowlu?

What I love most is configurability of the solution. One can configure across CRM, Project Management, Finance, Knowledge base (both internal and external) and even a Mind mapper tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowlu?

Buying into Flowlu is like buying atleast 4 or 5 different products, all bundled into one and pre integrated.

and that way, it does a very very good job.

What do you like best about Flowlu?

There are a couple of things I like about Flowlu:

a) Clean and simple Interface. The interface is not cluttered and I find that their color scheme allows me to do my work without distraction.

b) It allows different types of structures - tasks, projects, work spaces which allow me to organize my projects and tasks.

c) *** It allows you to create lists inside a task. This for me was one of its best features. I have tasks that have many subtasks. This helps me keep my main lists short and still keep track of everything I need to do. Eliminates distractions and makes me more effective and efficient. For example I am creating a workbook for a 24 week course has at least 24 tasks to create a workbook for each week. I can now simply define a major task (create workbooks) and within this task create a task list.

d) It allows you to create your knowledge base with a collection of individual manuals and procedures. This is important to me as I am building my business. As I do, I am exploring and learning ways of doing things and establishing procedures - from managing my invoicing and accounting and feeding in the accounting information with all of its variant situations, to creating a website with courses, forums and other features. I was about to purchase another app that allows you to do this - and found it in this app. It allows me to create knowledge bases where I document each procedure. The outcome is a course like structure for each, with a navigation panel, and pages where I can insert text, video, photo and links - AND I do not have to use up my site´s storage it is all hosted on their site. What do you dislike about Flowlu?

What do you like best about Flowlu?

I've tested out quite a few standalone CRMs and PMs in the past only to find certain limitations or disconnects that always turned me away. I decided to give Flowly a try and I was pleasantly surprised.

I love being able to automate my CRM stages and auto-build a project when I win. This just makes everything so much smoother.

I love being able to give a full snapshot of my business from a high level, analyzing everything from time spent to finances.

If you prefer to see your business all within a single app instead of constantly switching back and forth, then Flowlu is for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowlu?

Not really a dislike, more just waiting on more features. Don't get me wrong, Flowlu is packed full of features already, but I'd love to see certain things like duplicating options when creating workflows. What do you like best about Flowlu?

I like that it has a vast number of customizable options and API access through Integrately. It seems to have unlimited opportunity for expansion. Even though I seem to already have far too many apps that can adequately handle my limited PM and CRM needs, (Plutio, NiftyPM, Workiom, Infinity, CompanyHub) I was drawn to Flowlu first by the user enthusiasm but then came back to stack more simply because the sheer complexity of it, even at this early stage, made it seem like a powerhouse that I'd regret not getting. What do you like best about Flowlu?

- Extremely Robust software and just an amazing alternative for those just starting out that may not need all of the bells and whistles of other practice management software

- I love the Kanban view so I can track my progress for each project

- You can see the expected revenue for each project

- You can create your own internal Knowledge base which is fantastic for SOPs and it is right inside your portal

- CNAME domains

- Client Portal (I’m going to call this a PRO because they have promised it is coming soon)

- You can add 3 email accounts to access through your portal and you can assign those to specific tasks or projects you’re working on

- You can track your time and/or expenses for each project

- It works across various industries

- Customer service/support is quick and friendly and you can chat with them right from your dashboard. You don’t have to go over to the main site to contact them.

What do you dislike about Flowlu?

- No Lawpay integration yet

- No ability to create forms (there are workarounds for this, but I would like to be able to do it from within Flowlu)

- Would love to see an increase in the # of email accounts you can have

What do you like best about Flowlu?

I'm coming from Basecamp + Google sheets and no formal CRM platform. We needed some way to manage a growing portfolio of projects and felt too constrained and disconnected with our existing approach. We looked at other platforms, and they were either too limiting or too unstructured. Flowlu is just right.

So what do I like about Flowlu:

- CRM functionality with open email tracking

- Email templates

- Project management with tasks, milestones, Gantt chart views

- Linked database tables for keeping all of your data ordered and connected

- Chat functionality

- User roles with configurable permissions

- Project and task workflows built around the way you want to work

- Full admin access for your account

- Knowledge bases for storing and intuitive sharing of templates, best practices, etc

What do you dislike about Flowlu?
