What do you like best about Flowlu?

I personally like how every important business function is under one roof. Flowlu does it all for us. Projects, a powerful CRM, client management, tasks, friendly support and additional features such as mindmaps etc were all included with our purchase out of the box. No more switching tabs (although we'll be switching tabs within the dashboard), no multiple vendors, or no multiple subscriptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowlu?

As you can see, Flowlu does a lot and is packed with features because of this it has become a bit confusing to use at the start. Our team didn't "get it". But once we get the hang of it we were able to navigate through the features easily and manage our projects effectively. But still, the initial learning curve is steep and onboarding should be done better to flatten the learning curve. UI could be simplified further as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flowlu?

We have used several CRM's in the past, but when we find out about Flowlu I couldn't help but take a look at it. It's already a pretty solid platform with lots of modules and functionalities.

* They have a solid CRM

* Task Management module

* Project Management module

* Invoices right within the platform

* Knowledge base

* etc

And above all this you can have a white label version of the software with CNAME, SMTP, and branding options. The price, support and UI are to notch! All in all, Flowlu is becoming the cornerstone for my business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowlu?

Nothing is so critical right now, but they do have things to improve:

* You can embed so easily external information to the knowledge base

* Some actions are lacking from their API's and Webhooks (they are working on it)

*They don't have a multi-language support

What do you like best about Flowlu?

All-in-one functionality feels truly built together, not separate software stuck together like some competitors. My team loves that it allows them to see everything that goes on (or at least what I want them to see thanks to permissions) so they can stay in the loop on projects without having to reach out to me directly. What do you dislike about Flowlu?

What do you like best about Flowlu?

I like the overall features of the software. I'm able to manage projects, tasks and collaborate easily with team members. I also like the additional apps that they have that allow me to use things like mind maps in time trackers. I also like the internal automations that I'm able to do as well as APIs and webhooks. I also like that I can easily integrate my email inbox inside of the system. Another benefit is the ability to create custom fields which allows me to create data points that I think are important. What do you dislike about Flowlu?

With all of their robust features, some of my teammates thought it was a little challenging at first to use. I also think that their internal chat feature could be a little better. What do you like best about Flowlu?

It's VERY easy to use and intuitive, plus I have everything I need to run my business(es) like a pro! I had trouble staying on top of all the projects and communicating with my team. What do you like best about Flowlu?

- The workspaces with different permissions/setups is ideal for our small teams of volunteers

- I love the versatility of different project workflows to setup the Kanban boards

- The calendar functionality is the best I've used! Finally, we can sync more than one calendar, and I can share our organization's calendar with other users (but only those I authorize!)

- It is perfect that our volunteers and board members can integrate their emails into Flowlu, since it is an additional email for most.

- We love that everything is in one place, finally. We've been using free PM solutions with google sheets and shared google docs for so long - it's exciting to finally have everything all in one place, and it saves so much time!

- We also love the visual aspects of the online version (kanban, etc) great for different learners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowlu?

- We look forward to the upcoming app redesign for Android/iOS, but the app is still better than most we tested in our search.

What do you like best about Flowlu?

With Flowlu, so many things came together.

First, CRM & Project connected in a tool have been a blessing for us. Every month we have to send clients a report about what are all the things that we have done for them.

With Flowlu, it's taking less than a minute to copy all the things & add to the report. But the best part is that now we have become aware about how many additional things we are doing for our clients in addition to the regular work.

Second, of course, various features of PM. We are still learning these, but we are using these features at the same time.

Thirdly, I personally love the Finance tools. I am not using it for sending invoices yet. But simply seeing how much is the entire amount you are about to receive in a month is simply fascinating. Also, Finance tools are helping me in keeping my expenses under control. The reports are sufficient for me as of now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowlu?

What I would love to have in Flowlu -

First, for newbies like me, I think basic tutorials are needed. By newbies, I mean new to Project Management software. I personally am not very familiar with most of the terms that are used in current documents & tutorials.

This may not be needed for people with experience in PM tools, but for me, it would add tremendous value.

Especially pointing out how all the tools interact with each other.

Second, the storage space. Initially, I thought 100 GB are enough for me. But now I feel in just a few months, my team is going to consume all of that.

I am not sure if by archiving or deleting projects, space can be freed. If yes, then that may be helpful.

Thirdly, email connections per user. When first I connected my first email in Flowlu, that time I realized how much this feature I am going to love.

On any given day, I have to check 5 -6 of my main emails in various firms.

So I wish if I could connect all of them in my account in Flowlu, that would be great frankly if some of users emails can be reduced to Zero, if I can add those to my account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flowlu?

Until today, I have used many PM platforms and many platforms for collaboration, business and customer service.

Finally, there's one tool that has it all rolled into one!

At first, the large number of options is dizzying, but once you go through onboarding,everything becomes very logical and incredibly thoughtful.

The customization capabilities of the tool for any business are absolutely amazing! Automation and workflows allow you to accurately set up ways to complete tasks and projects and all this in cooperation with CRM, which is great.

API and webhooks allow integration with any tools on the planet :) I'm using Ssyncspider and I'm starting connection tests with my other applications. Great integration with corporate email and Gmail.

Additional features such as invoicing, record lists, mind map or knowledge base, and great reports create a complete tool for managing a company.

Whitelabel and connecting to your own domain is synonymous with professionalism for every client!

Flowlu is a great alternative to many too expensive tools like Hubspot, Freedcamp (which I use) and offers more functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flowlu?

I've been duct taping many different platforms together to try and get something functional for my business, while secretly wishing that there was an intuitive platform that combined everything I was looking for while also meeting the needs of a small business. What do you dislike about Flowlu?

Some of the smaller and less important aspects are a bit limited, for example it offers a mindmap tool (very cool!) but it seems a bit primitive. It doesn't yet have some other features that I'm looking for like a client portal, contracts, form builders, or certain integrations but they are on the roadmap so I'm excited to see them when they arrive. What do you like best about Flowlu?

I initially purchased Flowlu to have an option making invoices with clickable pay button connected to Stripe and as a simply CRM. Well, Flowlu is not simple CRM at all! It is complete business tool what transforms my business to another level. I am glad that I gave it a try. My workflow gets quicker and Flowlu gives me a perfect summary of what, when and where I need to push myself also my small team. I can't understand how could I live without such a great business tool. I tried couple tools to manage my business before but with Flowlu everything seems to be on track so far. Dashboard is clear and well organized. It also comes with custom domain after recent update. I also like creating a mind map in Flowlu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowlu?

The mobile app needs an upgrade, but it is on the roadmap, and I am sure they will deliver it together with other languages support and switching between multiple currencies, as they promised. Someone in a previous comment here mentioned that the storage provided in available plans could be better. Well, it's pretty accurate as I can imagine a need for more storage within a larger organization or when delivering a project to be reviewed by a customer.
