What do you like best about Flowlu?

The cohesiveness of all the elements/features of the software is outstanding; - they all integrate very well. The project management feature, in itself, is comparable to many standalone programs, and the addition of mindmaps and collaboration tools makes this product complete. What do you like best about Flowlu?

Flowlu is a comprehensive solution for project management and CRM software. Especially when you don’t want to have a dozen separate systems and drown in integration efforts. The interface is easy to use and there are some amazing features such as fully automated task-flow INSIDE the system itself. Beware of automatic renewals, and enrollment in automatic renewals without opt in. We contacted Flowlu support immediately upon seeing the automatic membership renewal, and they refused a refund despite the fact that we were no longer using the software. When we inquired whether we had been asked to opt in to automatic renewals at sign up, Flowlu support refused to provide an answer, and stopped communicating with us. It's already a great software that is far better than most.

> In order to compete with Zoho One, Zoho Workplace & Bitrix24, they have to add quite a few major feature release.

> Feature that are missing: Website development, Email Marketing, Full featured HR management and hiring processes, Full business email suite like Zoho Email & Gsuite.

But again this is my list of desires in order to get away from bigger project management and business management companies.

What do you like best about Flowlu?

I LOVE the project management tool. I have been able to organize all of my scatter thoughts, projects and goals into an easy to understand platform. My tasks are now getting done, whereas before that would often be forgotten. I can also see my progress in project completion, and organize tasks by priority. I have been running a business for 5 years with Trello, but was getting frustrated with 30+ boards and various tasks that were not getting done. While I LOVE Trello for certain things, it was not working for me as my business and team grew.

In an attempt to find a better "to do list maker", I stumbled upon Flowlu. Let me tell you- it's an absolute game changer.

The speed - both mobile and web - are outstanding for me. And the UI UX is what makes it fun to use. We are often boxed in when it comes to the functionalities for CRM when in the field so we love the powerhouse that is the Flowlu Android Mobile app. We are excited to save time with the automation in the future. What do you like best about Flowlu?

As an Accounting Firm, we have recurring tasks. We tested the CRMs task and project workflows. Flowlu allowed us to create tasks, where we can automate the task naming by just creating a task rule in the worfkows. This will help us identify numerous similar tasks.

Workspaces are now a must for any CRM. Flowlu has it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flowlu?

The missing features that are a must - a client portal, contract signing and telephony integration. Multi-currency billing is also required, with borderless business becoming the norm. Having said this, the road map looks promising. If the features in the roadmap are implemented, Flowlu can be a strong contender for the Top ranking CRM out there in the market! We have numerous projects active at any point in time. Flowlu has made it simple to manage these projects. We can get unbilled project reports, time spent on each project and overdue projects. We've also migrated our billing to Flowlu. Using Flowlu, us easier to have a single dashboard to manage the entire lifecycle - Opportunities to Final Billing and Payment. Flowlu is really simple to start and use. It has a very much planned, easy-to-use interface that is not difficult to work with and explore. You can manage your entire team and business in one single spot. You can effectively follow up leads, manage clients and handle messages with it, which demonstrates a colossally advantageous. It has, essentially, all you need to put together and maintain your business.
