At the end of the day, Flowlu is a great project management tool that is worth using. The team at Flowlu has gone out of its way to make this app as comprehensive and powerful as possible. They’ve also been smart about how they market their product by not holding back and giving full access to what they offer for free. Their pricing structure is easy to understand and people can see where they are expected to be spending their money. It is clear that there are no strings attached to this system and people will be able to use it at their own pace without feeling overwhelmed or lost in a sea of features that are hard for them to come by when needed the most. An awesome platform for managing work. I love how simple it is to use and how much easier it makes planning and tracking our tasks.

I've tried several Trello style kanban apps. Each one has its limitations.

Flowlu is the only one that is allowing me to do what I need it to do.

Here are a few reasons to get it now:

First, it syncs with your gsuite account so you can match your emails to your opportunities. When email is the core place for communication, why don't other platforms allow this?

Second, Flowlu lets you design advanced workflows with its automation and webhook features.

Third, it generates beautiful invoices that is sent from your own email.

Finally, the user experience is so intuitive.

I love the layout and the onboarding feature which helps you get up and running quickly. Flowlu, allows you to sync your emails and calendar and perform project management tasks easily. Flowlu is slick, modern, feature rich and flexible business management software, with beautiful UI and well thought UX. It covers a lot of areas such as CRM, projects, finance, tasks and internal communication. It's definitely worth 5 stars. What I miss here are: HR, accounting, and a "better" mobile app. There's a new mobile app on the way, which sounds exciting because the current one isn't really bad, but the web app raised the bar and I expect the same from the mobile app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Flowlu is highly customisable and well thought out. It has a lot of features. I've tried many other all-in-ones but one part wouldn't connect well with another part, but with Flowlu, it actually flows very well. It’s just a well-rounded tool that simply works and will solve many pain points once it’s set up.

We love the intuitive layout and ease of setting up the service to suit different role types within the business. The Flowlu app is well thought out solution for small business project management. Tieing in the key features for planning, billing, and implementing stops the jigsaw puzzle of apps we've been using previously. Added bonus was the mindmap app. Love the community and very strong involvement from Max the founder. This is something I've previously seen silence once you've bought into a solution. - true connect with Gmail (i.e. can move emails to different folders) and nominate which folders to sync

- Can view and toggle between tabs with ease, whilst keeping the parent tab open in the background (i.e non-obtrusive tab view options)

- Knowledgebase (Flowlu use what they sell and offer users)

- Onboarding

- Ability to 'approve' delegated tasks

- Can link/send direct link to tasks etc.

- Default new user permissions seem great

- Quick integration to Connecting Apps (Pabbly Connect etc.)

- Can copy and paste images easily into group 'feed

- after starting off on a real high i.e a found a great CRM, my emails stopped syncing. Update: support fixed this and this is no longer an issue

- A team invite confirmation email went straight to the spam folder

- Webforms seem plan at this stage. More granular detail and options would be amazing incl. behavioural triggers. Now I can't find webforms on my account at all??

Flowlu has almost everything you need to run your small business under the same hood. From your sales process to a knowledge base to a mindmap, Flowlu has it all. It is a great software to control your business processes and also automate them.

Example of workflow:

1. Lead comes in

2. Opportunity is created automatically

3. You push the lead through a custom predefined sales process

4. You win the sale, and a project can get created automatically

5. You run your project management from here.

There are no native integrations to popular form builders and Flowlu doesn't have forms it self. Its therefor a little hard for none techies to send data from forms to the app. Fortunately Syncspider, Integrately and Pabbly has already integrated Flowlu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
