It provides a mechanism for standardising processes and removing ambiguity. By guiding users through the process and keeping track of the process steps, along with reminders and deadlines and a very useful audit trail, which can be presented for respnding to auditors enquiries. Flowingly has straightforward tools that can simply intelligently automate any workflow. It is intuitive, and users with low-level computer literacy can benefit from it. The staff that use our workflows are quick to learn and pick up Flowingly. There is quick progress from the map to the workflow. The support team is readily available and responsive to our needs. We primarily use Flowingly to onboard and offboard staff; this requires the input of many team members. We get to notify staff quickly and delegate roles as necessary. The primary issue I run into with Flowingly is being able to change workflows after you have already started them. Right now, we can comment on most changes that need to be done.
