The customer service is abusive. One day I got a random form email (unsigned) about "suspicious activity" on my account. To keep my account open, they told me to delete thousands of contacts from my list. I promise you all of my contacts were valid. I asked to speak with someone on the phone before completing such a massive delete. They said they didn't have phone support. I asked one more time, trying to highlight the magnitude of what they were asking me to do. With that, Flodesk simply closed my account, refunded my money, and stopped responding to any of my emails.

I've never felt so disrepected by a company before. I'm with MailerLite now, and they are the polar opposite! So nice and friendly and they offer live chat support, which is super nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only way to contact them if there is an issue or question is by email which takes forever to receive reply. Once you receive a reply does not mean they can fix your issue. It is like playing football, moving the ball of issue from user to flodesk, back to user, never ending. The issue is never solved.
