How much I can customize the design of my newsletters, and the ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I wish I could use custom subdomains. Also, there aren’t nearly as many Flodesk integrations as Mailchimp, which makes it harder to connect it with the sites I build for my clients. I also wish there was a better way to organize my emails. The folders shouldn't be a sub tab, it should be the main one.

I like creating custom, beautiful experiences for people, which I am able to do with this platform.

I wish there were more opportunities for Zoom calls. His would cut down the lag between email assistance and crossing one's fingers and hoping someone responds in teh FB group

As a solopreneur running a virtual fitness studio, I needed an email platform that was visually polished and easy to use without a tech background. Flodesk solved that. The templates are beautiful out of the box, the interface is intuitive, and I can create emails that reflect my brand without hiring a designer. Coming from Constant Contact, the difference in ease of use was immediate. For a one-woman operation, that simplicity is not a nice-to-have; it is essential.

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

I love the look of the templates in Flodesk; they are just a step above what I've seen out there. The customer service folks are nice and professional, and whenever I reach out to the help desk, they are always polite, professional, and helpful. I enjoy the features Flodesk offers to connect to other platforms like my website, and I use Zapier to connect my website to Flodesk for new leads.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I'd love for Flodesk to choose Kajabi and Squarespace as two additional companies they integrate with, so then I wouldn't need Zapier.

I use Flodesk to create and schedule emails for my business. The templates are superior, and integration with my website via Zapier helps capture new leads. Customer service is always polite and helpful.

I like that Flodesk is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. You don't have to think a lot about the layouts. You can easily duplicate emails and do some AB testing. You can easily set up flows depending on triggers. It's just very intuitive working.

For me, what could be improved is having a bit more flexibility with the drag and drop in the layouts.

I’ve been using Flodesk for some time now, and I’m genuinely delighted with how it has transformed my email marketing experience. When I changed over to Flodesk, I came from another email platform that was pretty bland. As someone who places a high value on aesthetics, clarity, and ease of use, Flodesk hasn’t disappointed.

The templates in Flodesk are gorgeous, modern, and fully customizable. They help me create a professional presence for my subscribers.The interface is clean and easy to use and the customer support has been amazing.

This is a sleek-looking, easy-to-use email management platform with automations, sequencing, forms, and checkout landing pages. It integrates seamlessly with my website, which made setup and day-to-day use straightforward. If you want more interactive form design options, they also offer video and spinner form templates. Customer support is amazing, users can provide input on design features, and the Facebook community is very active and collaborative.

I use Flodesk for client newsletters, drip campaigns, marketing, and mass email sending. I appreciate how it tracks everything and helps put people in the right audience. The user interface is easy to use, even if you're low tech like me. The customer support is very good. I find the newsletter templates to be quite pretty and highly customizable. The workflow for campaigns is a feature I value.

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

It's very easy, intuitive, and the company itself exudes nothing but positivity and putting the customer first.

I use it often, from single emails to sequences, and love how it seamlessly integrates with the Squarespace platform. The emails look wonderful and I never have any issues using it.

Speaking of the Squarespace integration, it was something I and many others requested in their forums and they ACTUALLY delivered! And when they announced they were taking away the unlimited emails plan, they allowed original members like myself to keep mine—as they promised from the beginning. 

I really could not say anything better about Flodesk—from customer support to "hit send," it's truly wonderful.

It's minor—I just wish it would have a little library of the photos I've already uploaded and that I could crop them within the email interface.

Like I mentioned, they're really great at listening to their customer's feedback and requests and delivering on those. The latest Squarespace integration was impressive!

Flodesk has been s so intuitive from day one - not only than, but it's gorgeous. In comparison to other email providers and business emails I receive, the design component of Flodesk is bar-none!! Systemizing Flodesk is easy to use, it has great tutorials and the support help is incredibly thorough and expedient.

I really wish that there was a way to organize the emails that you've already sent a little bit easier. I wish we could have an organization system that when they're done, they go into a file folder that you don't necessarily still see them.

I send out a weekly email to 1000+ people, and I love flodesk so much. I have used other programs (not to be named... but you know them) and I appreciate flodesk's interface, how easy it is to use, how visually appealing it is, and their analytics which are super helpful for this non-data-oriented consultant. Perhaps most importantly, their customer service is EXCELLENT.  Anytime an issue is posted on their Facebook group, it is met with an immediate, caring and thoughtful response. It feels like they genuinely care about the vendors who use the product. Five stars, 2 thumbs up, all the things.

I really love flodesk. I can't always trust the reporting if emails are opened on desktop vs. mobile, but other than that, I love it and appreciate the data analysis it provides.

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

Designing in Flodesk is dramatically easier than the last platform I used. It isn’t glitchy, and the templates are lovely, which can save a user a lot of time. I find the design process fairly intuitive, and I especially love features like the arrows that let you move a block or an image up or down. Overall, it feels thoughtfully constructed.

Customer support has also been highly responsive and friendly, which makes me feel like a valued customer.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

So far there aren't many things I dislike about Flodesk. If I were to include some constructive criticism, I would say there are a few things in settings that can be tricky to find when you are first learning to use it. I will be attending a training they are offering soon, to help me learn more about things I can control and features I may not know about.

Flodesk is helping us keep customers thinking of our agency, by sending them beautiful newsletters. It is also keeping warm leads abreast of the work our photographers are doing, making them more likely to consider us for future projects.

There are a lot of different templates and it is really easy to customise them. Editing and changing fonts and finding images is also a very smooth process. In addition it is easy to navigate Flodesk, even for a novice at email marketing! The pop-ups and sign-up forms were very attractive, and I was very pleased with how they looked on my website.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

I don't have anything that I dislike! The only downside for me is that it is a bit expensive.

Flodesk enabled me to build an email list very quickly and I soon started sending a monthly newsletter to promote my coaching business and showcase my new coaching offers, workshops, etc.

I’d really love it if Flodesk customer service offered a chat option or another way to connect with the help desk more efficiently. That said, I’ve noticed that when you post in the Facebook group, Petra does an amazing job of responding quickly.

I love that it is easy to use-drag and drop setup saves me hours of time. Also love many beautifully designed email templates. Integrating the software into my Shopify was quite easy as instructions were easy to find and use.

The only downside for me is on my side, not Flodesk. I just don't use all the great features available. I wonder sometimes if Flodesk should have more tiers of plans such as Basic, Advanced, Professional?

Ease and beauty. I can get my emails to look like a designer made them (and I made them myself in 20 minutes!) It's just always open on my computer welcome sequences, funnels, forms, weekly emails (everything lives there and it actually looks like my brand.)

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

The automation and segmentation features are pretty simple compared to other platforms. It sounds like you'll hit a ceiling pretty fast if you want to do complex/advanced tagging, detailed conditional logic. It's not a dealbreaker for how I use it, but worth knowing going in.

**What problems is Flodesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I came over from sending weekly in Mailchimp, and it definitely solved the "I hate doing this" problem. Email marketing used to feel like a chore I'd put off because everything looked generic/uninspired and the tools felt clunky. Flodesk made designing emails something I actually enjoy. My emails go out consistently now, they look good, and I'm not dreading the process

**What do you like best about Flodesk?**

When I found flodesk i was so happy.  I'm a visual person, a fine artist and designer, so aesthetics are hugely important to me and I try and put my stamp on everything that leaves my studio...including me email.  With flodesk I'm able to make each email, each newsletter lovely and on brand.  So my followers aren't just receiving text, they're getting an experience.  In addition, my opt in forms, and sign up links for socials are all so easy to manage and make beautiful.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

The only thing I can say that isn't 100% positive is that I'd love more gallery options...but I know Flodesk is always looking for ways to improve and adjustments come almost monthly now after their last customer survey.  It's fantastic.

Flodesk seems to be creating new upgrades every month or two.  They are frequently requested updates so i'm always happy to see an update email come through.

I can't say there is anything I dislike - especially since I anytime I struggled with the platform, I was instantly met with great customer support who solved the issue.

Other email providers don't offer the same branded, luxury experience. The emails feel simple or ugly, but all my Flodesk emails are branded beautifully and now with checkouts I am able to make money directly from emails which is wonderful.

I tried Flodesk because it was recommended by a very successful and trusted source on YouTube that said it was the easiest email service to use to build an email list and send professional looking emails. Being someone who has little patience I was thankful for the recommendation and was able to learn how to set up workflows to allow me to offer a freebie, which was a pdf, in exchange for the person’s email address. I set things up to look pretty with photos I had chosen and everything worked great.

I really do not enjoy learning how to use any program so if I could pay an assistant to bypass all of this I still would! But there are many easy to follow, step by step tutorials on YouTube about everything Flodesk has to offer, so if you are anything like me, as soon as you sign up, find videos to help you, and start building your email list without wasting time trying to figure it all out yourself! (Yes, I did try that and only got so far before becoming exhausted, then found a video 😅)

Flodesk makes it easy to design on-brand emails without needing a graphic designer. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to use, which saves us time while still giving our subscribers a beautiful experience. We also love the workflows and how simple it is to set up automation for new subscribers or nurture sequences.

**What do you dislike about Flodesk?**

If we could change anything about Flodesk, it would be the navigation when working inside large folders. For example, we have a folder with 47 emails we’re updating for an upcoming event. Once we save one email, there’s no simple way to move directly to the next, using the back arrow takes us all the way back to the main dashboard, and we have to re-click into folders and sort alphabetically to find where we left off. The only workaround we’ve found is to duplicate the webpage tab, which works but isn’t ideal.

Flodesk has made email marketing so much simpler for our team. The automation workflows also save us hours of manual follow-up by welcoming new subscribers and guiding them through nurture sequences automatically.
