What do you like best about Flodesk?

I love using Flodesk for my small business as it helps in communicating with my customers effectively. The email templates make it easy for me to design beautiful emails without the hassle, and I find it simple to include images and links. I appreciate how Flodesk segments my audience based on their interactions with links, which is helpful for targeted communication. The standout feature for me is the beautiful design of the emails and the ease of setting up workflows, along with automation. These workflows allow me to capture leads and nurture my audience with a sequence of welcome emails. I love the automation aspect as it enables me to schedule several emails at once, freeing up my time for other tasks. Moreover, I find its integration with other apps seamless, enhancing my workflow across different platforms. The overall look and feel of Flodesk remind me of an Apple product, which is appealing and user-friendly. The initial setup was very easy, which was a great relief. What do you like best about Flodesk?

My favourite aspect of Flodesk is the aesthetics . I LOVE putting beautiful photos in my newsletters and still having them look very professional. I also love how intuitive it is to use and how easy the workflows are to setup. What do you dislike about Flodesk?

I find Flodesk to be my go-to tool for staying in touch with customers and prospects. The web interface is so easy to use and fun to work with, making it super streamlined and simple. I love that it's easy to work with and the onboarding process is really simple and straightforward. Flodesk offers a bunch of great webinars and support. The community and support team are seriously the best in the business, offering optional fun and friendly getting started webinars every few weeks. I appreciate the ownership of my contacts and being able to ensure everyone sees the emails I intend to send, without being restricted by traditional social media platforms. I am still figuring a lot of things out as a new business but I appreciate that there are FAQs and webinars and lots of resources available. What do you like best about Flodesk?

I love how intuitive and easy to use Flodesk is. I love that I can just go in and create an email and customize all the settings quickly, and it's really easy to explore. Even as a first-time user, somebody could jump into Flodesk and find it really easy to use. I've built a service offering around setting up clients' Flodesk accounts for them, and the handoff to my client is made much easier because of Flodesk's simplicity! (I don't have to explain the platform in a ton of detail because of its intuitiveness.) One of the aspects I love the most is the ability to add subscribers to a specific segment when they click a button or a link in an email, which makes organizing my list really easy. I also love Flodesk Checkouts! It makes creating a landing page very simple, and it hooks up perfectly with my Stripe account, so that makes a lot of the backend stuff really easy. I work with real estate agents on their business systems, so I appreciate tools that are both beautiful and easy to customize. Functionality and easy of use makes it simple for real estate agents to stay consistent with their branding. The automations are straightforward enough that I set them up myself without needing any help, and they've been a game changer for delivering lead magnets and nurturing new subscribers. What do you like best about Flodesk?

I love everything about Flodesk to be honest, especially using the automations and how simple it looks when you log in. The dashboard is so intuitive, which is super important for me as a brand and web designer. I really appreciate how Flodesk makes it simple to keep everything branded for myself and my clients without having to design elsewhere. The automations save me time and make it easy to have workflows, like having steps when somebody subscribes, and really connect with my audience. Setting up Flodesk when you first log in is one of my favorite things about it; it's so easy and has all the tools you need without being overwhelming. I love that you can set up your brand kit with colors and custom fonts, as well as social media links, simplifying the email creation process. The templates provided are fantastic – very on-brand and easy to use without needing to be a designer. Flodesk also integrates with a number of tools, which is great. What do you like best about Flodesk?

I love the design ability of Flodesk. It's one of the only email platforms that allows me to make my emails both pretty and functional without sacrificing good design. I love how easy it is to put my brand in there, which is great as a brand and web designer. The ability to template newsletters saves me a lot of time. The segmentation feature is also great because it allows me to separate clients into different groups and send targeted emails. I love the automated workflows in Flodesk as they make automation simple, which is incredibly valuable to me. I can set up a workflow like a welcome sequence, and once it's set, it runs on its own without additional effort. The ease of setup is also a big plus; I could easily upload my existing contacts and integrate my branding, which made the initial setup very straightforward. What do you dislike about Flodesk?

Flodesk could have more template options, like some of the specific layouts aren't the best. They have good options, but there's not a ton of them. I wish when I had a text box, I could just put an image directly to the left of that box and shape shift it from there or vice versa on the right side. What do you like best about Flodesk?

I love the simple user interface of Flodesk. It's really easy to jump in, learn, and know what to click on next. There isn't a lot of fuss or unnecessary buttons or features, everything is pretty straightforward. The user interface is very well developed, which allowed me to master it pretty easily and use the platform quickly. I appreciate the simple process and payment plans. It's easy to navigate and set up. There are very few features that I feel are missing, and they have a lot of advanced features that I haven't found on other platforms. There's small features here and there that I kind of maybe wish were available, like being able to have a more fluid way of moving around images and text.
