I can manage to access the website and handle my tasks in a very brief period of time because of how easily formatted the site is and how easy to maneuver around is.

What do you like best about Now Flock Benefits Administration?
Very easy to install and intuitive to use. It's helped for new employee integration and settling the HR compliance needs from new employees. This gives our employees one area for summary of HR policies, training, and benefits, process requirements. The system works smoothly and the IT support is very strong and interactive. What do you dislike about Now Flock Benefits Administration?
Nothing - it's very easy to use and very intuitive. At times, when needing IT support, it takes a number of discussions with them for their understanding and ability to either correct the issue or guide us to the correct application within the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Hello Flock is a user friendly website and easy to understand. I am able to see easy link references along with multiple communication outlets if I ever have a question regarding something more specific then what is listed on the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

E We have the same company for both dental and vision insurance, and they only have one application. Every year, there's an issue because the check gets placed in the wrong box and someone doesn't get the benefit they wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
