My disclaimer: I think this was a unique situation at that point in time. If we inquired at a different time, this complaint might be non-existent. There was confusion at the beginning from what the sales rep told me and what actually ended up happening. I was told the turn-key package was going through a re-vamp, I waited and reached out many times just to find out 4-5 weeks later that nothing was being re-vamped to affect my initiative. I was the one who had to reach out and say "hellooo, when will the tech team contact me to start implementation? It's been 5 weeks". Only then we got started, after I had to reach out asking why nobody has contacted me yet. Please note that once I was assigned a tech rep, they were incredibly responsive and helpful! We worked with Modulus to create an integration between two HR Systems. The team we worked with was organized, on top of everything, and made the integration seamless. It was an easy project because of Modulus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue that we had during our implementation was the restriction around title length that moved over from one system to another. It's not a huge deal, but something that shows up on the report every week as an issue that we've learned to ignore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think there were some misunderstandings and miscommunication of what we expected with the custom integration and what they thought they were doing. I think the sales rep overpromised their capability or he didn't understand what we wanted. We worked it out in the end and made it work, but the integration was not as robust as we thought it would be. The integration limitations weren't necessarily their fault - our payroll provider limits the information that can be transferred, but I do feel their sales rep should have been more knowledgeable or forthcoming about their capabilities and limitations. The ticketing system can act up sometimes and cause some issues when trying to submit tickets. Sometimes I have to go to the tech on our account to have him help me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As our company was expanding, we needed to modernize and streamline our process. Modulus Data easily connected our applicant tracking system, Oracle Taleo Business Edition to Workforce Now ADP, all while providing exceptional customer service. The team at Modulus Data is extremely knowledgeable and made the integration effortless. Upon completion of the integration, there has been no interruption in services or maintenance issues. As we have been using Modulus Data for over 4 years now, it has been great to see their growth as well. Modulus Data has also simplified the data mapping and streamlined their process, making it easier to make changes to our integration. As our business needs have changed over the years and we needed to make multiple modifications in both of our platforms, TBE and WFN, and Modulus Data was able to complete it smoothly. The flexspring platform that Modulus integrations are built on is very robust and strong. This allows us to offer turnkey integrations to our platform that consistently work and deliver a lot of value to our customers. The only area we haven't gotten a lot of visibility into is error reporting. That doesn't mean I dislike that aspect of the platform, we just haven't been working with Modulus Data long enough to have a lot of use of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Modulus Data excels at being communicative and being creative, flexible, and resourceful in finding the best mutual solution for all parties involved. We went with Modulus because we wanted a strong partnership where we came up with the right method together, and they have fully delivered on being a great partnership for us. We've been able to expand our integration offerings very quickly and very smoothly. The software they use is intuitive and clear. I would definitely work again with Modulus Data in the future if the opportunity arose.They've also been helpful on the Marketing and Sales front as well, when it comes to materials and trainings. I really enjoyed working with the Modulus Integration team, specifically Sri Settaluri (Technical Consultant) & Gail Gillis (Sr Project Manager).

Gail helped us outline our Project Plan and kept us on track. Sri helped us map out our integration files and went through several rounds of testing. There was nothing I had disliked about this project. The team worked well together. Although integrations can be very technical at times, Sri & Gail answered all of our questions & offered insights and recomendations based on their experieinces, which we really apprciated. Working with Modulus has been easy since they understand the Taleo. We have integrated our HRMS and downloaded the historical performance data.

The historical data was put into an easy to use format so it could be referenced for future use. This project was needed due to end of life of the Performance system with Oracle. Modulus was also able to integrate with our onboarding system with our HRMS quickly so we could update our system and improve our new hire onboarding experience in our HRMS.
