Right from the beginning, Flexspring team showed great commitment and expertise to the process of integrating our HR system with our ERP.

The entire process flowed very quickly and safely. Problems were quickly resolved and we always had great support from the Flexspring team.

What do you like best about Flexspring?

Flexspring's support team, particularly our POC, Ana Olekas, has been our saving grace. The integration we have running is a bit complicated for our in-house team but whenever we have questions or concerns, Ana is so quick to step in, take a look, set up meetings to address issues in real time, explain things to us that we do not understand. We rely on her when it comes to understanding how the UI looks on our end as some pieces are a little hard to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexspring?

The integration is easy to update on some level but the buttons are hard to find - the save button for one popup is all the way at the bottom which took me FOREVER to find. I also struggle to really identify the transaction errors as they are not clearly highlighed or pointed very strongly out. That's just my experience though. What do you like best about Flexspring?

Flexspring's HR data integration solution has transformed our data management processes, particularly in NewHires, EmployeeUpdates, and DirectDeposit scopes. Under Syed's expert guidance, our integration project was flawlessly managed from start to finish. Syed's extensive accessibility ensured prompt resolution of all our questions Shamsheer, the technical consultant, demonstrated unmatched skill and dedication in crafting the integration crafting the integration code, tailored precisely to our needs. Flexspring's support and responsive team ensured uninterrupted HR system operation. We highly recommend Flexspring for their expertise, efficiency, and unwavering support. I have not come across any downsides of working with Flexspring, any time we ran into any sort of issue or question with our integration we have reached out to Syed and Shamsheer and they helped us immediately. What do you like best about Flexspring?

We have worked closely with Sri throughout our integration and she has always been of great help. During integration, she was there to help guide us through each issue with the implementation and integratoin and work out any kinks along the way. Now that we are live, she is always quick to respond and address the issue within a timely manner. Typically if the issue/ticket is picked up by another person, we will not hear back for sometimes 5 business days, but if Sri sees an issue from our team she immediatly picks it up and helps us resolve it. She can sometimes resolve it within 24 hours depending on cooperation from our team as well as ADP and Paywork's teams. She has been a great asset to our HR team and makes workign with Flexspring very enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flexspring?

The only issues we typically have from Flexspring are from customer service response times for tickets that we submit. Some of the teams will not respond for 5 days or so which is not helpful for some of the issues that we need corrected within a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
