We began using Flexspring to connect our ADP Workforce Now employee information into our NetSuite ERP/CRM solution. Flexspring was a dramatic improvement over the homegrown SOAP integration we were using previously, and provided much better insights into user and manual errors which made troubleshooting this connection much easier.
Implementation was effective and thorough, especially because we had planned out our targeted requirements and provided several details that we wanted to achieve. Terrific support too.

The people we worked with on our ADP integration. Darryl Polite was our Project Manager and he kept us on track with re-caps and check ins on progress. He made sure that we were comfortable with our integration performance, without rushing the process. He was always responsive and consistent in his communication which was a welcome change from other vendors we have worked with. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our success.
Additionally, Shamsheer Singh was our Technical Consultant, and he helped us in understanding how our needs translated into the system. He also was responsive and willing to explain, or look into, issues.

This is not necessarily a downside to Flexspring, as it may be common with integrations, but there was no direct communication between Flexspring and ADP. It wasn't a huge problem, but it would have been nice if ADP and Flexspring could communicate directly about technical issues, instead of us having to contact ADP support to contact Flexspring. Its been great to work with both Syed and Shamsheer! I have limited technical experience on setting up a payroll integration but thanks to their patience and guidance we have been able to fix all of our issues and move forward with our project. I appreciate that they go above and beyond to explain and simplify Technical information. Syed and Shasheer coordinate meetings well. I appreciate all of our meetings where we troubleshoot and fix problems on calls. They are great at responding to questions and concerns. These guys are truly amazing! Flexspring made the entire process easy, from implementation to regular processing. As soon as we got started, we were assigned an implementation team (MJ & Varun) who were extremely attentive to every requirement we had, big or small. We were continuted to be supported by them after going live to make sure everything ran smoothly. And of course with time we were swithched over to the Customer Service team, that process could not have been smoother as we're even assigned a Customer Success Manager!
