What is Fleetable?

We discussed with lots of businesses that use vehicles as a part of their daily operations, we realized that many were not doing much to manage their vehicles as much as is required. Being owner of several vehicles we understood that Vehicles being a huge profit center are not being managed to optimize their performance and profitability, so we decided to build a solution easy enough for any user to use it without any hassle. We found that some people were using spreadsheets to manage their vehicle with their custom made sheets, we realized that important data is not being taken care w.r.t to users any one has rights to modify crucial data and the processes are people dependent. Despite knowing that the approach towards managing their vehicles is not right, they couldn’t find anything affordable that suited their needs. They would rely on drivers to take care of their vehicles. With the help of some motivated early-adopter customers, we started building Fleetable in the summer of 2012.

What do you like best about Fleetable?

Fleetable lets us keep a note of our Drivers Profile along wit their documentation.

Fleetable is integrated with Vahan, it keeps our vehicles updated in terms of complaince renewals.

Fleetable is helping us manage Tyres with efficiency, we have seen substatial improvements in Tyre Cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetable?

Fleetable does not have Ios App for Apple users, we have asked team to provide as I have Iphone, so I am using their application from mobile browser as of now, they already have android app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fleetable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fleetable is allowing us to view all vehicle related expenses at once, Fleetable is enabling our multiple workshops to integrate the data of spare parts seemlessly. This is reducing our cost of rework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fleetable?

It helps us keep track of our expenses vehicle wise, it helps us manage route expenses with the help of trip sheet module, we have started using tire management and expecting huge cost savings of around 25% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetable?

There were some features which we required and were not available, so we have to get them custom made, it took some more time but now we are comfortable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
