What do you like best about Firstup?

What do you dislike about Firstup?

I wish that "engagement fatigue" was not a thing. I think that regardless if I have someone doing a QA on my newsletter, and they are on my CSV file of colleagues to receive the newsletter - they should get it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Firstup?

The support teams at Firstup - from pre launch to implementation and beyond - have been key partners in our process. We launched to 32K global employees less than a year ago, which was a lot of work for our very small team. Firstup's responsiveness and eagerness to help us has been central to the platform's success. We love the ability the product has given us to be more targeted with our communications and to empower other communicators around the world to create their own nicely designed and smartly delivered communications. What do you dislike about Firstup?

What do you like best about Firstup?

FirstUp provides a great solution for crafting, sharing and managing business-related content for a diverse and global company. We can communicate almost anything to the right audience, at the right time, and reaching them where and when they engage most. it has increased our engagement of employees with business information and empowered an expanded communications team, reducing the amount of times we say "no" to sharing something and increasing the bandwidth of corporate communications. What do you dislike about Firstup?

Because our business uses the FirstUp platform as the front door to all business content, our desire for enhanced capabilities and features is always growing. FirstUp does a nice job of evolving at scale, but sometimes we are moving faster than the technology. What do you like best about Firstup?

I like that employees have the chance to customize their newsfeeds so they can determine what feels the most relevant and exciting to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firstup?

I wish there was a way to select multiple audiences within a campaign and customize the notification settings per each audience. Our typical office employees prefer email, but most of our desk less employees benefit more from push notifications. What do you like best about Firstup?

FirstUp hosts monthly events for customers to gather and share lessons learned - A great relationship-building opportunity that extends far beyond the 60-minute session. I have lasting relationships from this. Most of the customer managers are excellent. From a technology perspective, the team is constantly thinking of ways to enhance user experience. They also respond to feedback and suggestions and incorporate them into future enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firstup?

Coming from a Microsoft-heavy organization, it takes time and change management to guide employees - especially IT team members - use the application. This is more a reflection of organizational priority than FirstUp, though, and I can see how hard FirstUp works to make the application user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Firstup?

The Firstup platform helps my team reduce our workload by creating one piece of content and sending it to multiple channels. I love that new updates are always coming out to keep the platform fresh and exciting for our associates. The two-way communication platform is something we haven't had in the past, allowing us to understand how our associates feel about our content. Our associates find it easy to use and can find what they need all in one stop. Not only is the platform innovative, but Firstup sends resources and webinars to help you along the process. What do you dislike about Firstup?

There are often outages or small bugs that cause you to have workarounds. This can delay your progress on a project when emails are delayed, the text box is finicky or something won't save. However, the support team is always helpful and quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
