Our firm uses Firstup's platform that gives us the ability to have ready-to-share content for socail networks at the click of a button. The platform allows you to see what your colleagues are sharing, what posts gain the most traction, and where you receive your top engagement within your own networks.
It has benefited our ability to both amplify and track our social selling efeforts more effectively.

I dislike the lack of communications regarding platform changes. I understand there will be updates but upgrades where it changes the look and feel of the platform should be communicated before they go into effect, not day of. I also dislike the lack of options to revert back to previous upgrades. Since this upgrade our commenting engagement has gone down drastically but there is no option to revert back to our previous version. I also dislike the lengthy issues tracker process. Great tech, we currently use Dynamic Signal, and I would say it's one of the best in the industry for employee advocacy based on what I've seen and heard. We've also had a wonderful experience with our Customer Success Manager, and Expert Services team. They are very attentive and responsive, and always happy to help where we need them. They support us with reporting and insights as well as keep constant tabs on how we can optimize our program, user experience, and ways to best execute our key initiatives to grow engagement and adoption.
