The system is extremely user friendly for my claims managers, adjusters, support staff and clients. The JW Software support staff are easy to reach and extremely knowledgeable. Any claims management system is only as good as the staff that supports it, and JW Software has always provided excellent support staff over the last 10 years we have been with them. The system is always on-line with an almost 0% downtime. The responsive support staff, the ability to create automated business rules, the reporting module and the ability to create and modify screens on the front end are only some of the reasons we have stayed loyal customers to JW Software. The FileHandler Enterprise software has some really intuitive reporting and custom screen building capabilities that we are not skilled enough to fully utilize. In order to get the most out of these capabilities, you would need to have some programming experience and we do not have any one on staff that has the needed experience. I think our acocunt manager is very responsive to answering questions and resolving problems. I like that we've been able to customize the system to our unique needs. I wish we had more autonomy in building reports. If my reporting teams needs to add certain fields to a report that aren't already included in the SQL query or stored procedure, they have to go through our account rep. Coming from Crystal Reports, we were used to having full access to the data base which enables us to make report modifications immediately without external assistance. FHE is perfect for one-stop claim handling. No need to work in multiple programs and the system continues to work even when you are offline with the report scheduler. Such a time saver!
