What do you like best about Feefo?

Feefo only allows actual customers who have gone through the process of using our service to leave reviews, making reviews authentic. It also provides all the client information on the back-end helping us contact them regarding their feedback should we need to. We also like the Feefo Trusted Service Awards element. What do you dislike about Feefo?

Somehow, outside perception is that we can pick and choose what reviews show, however that is not the case and Feefo displays all reviews left. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Feefo?

Feefo is extremely easy to use. I've had to show a few colleagues how to upload sales and only needed to do this once which is great. The support team are amazing. If i've ever needed to reach out they've responded in a timely manner and provided exceptional support. They're even happy to jump on a call/virtual meeting. As a training provider we used to manually collect feedback after the event. But that feedback was never shared externally until we started using Feefo.

What do you like best about Feefo?

What do you like best about Feefo?

We've been using the Feefo platform at totality services for many years. It works very well, and integrates with the systems we use seamlessly.

What do you like best about Feefo?

Really easy to set up and use the system, clients find it easy to use too. The support that we recieve is excellent and we have also taken advantage of a lot of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Feefo?

Feefo has worked well for us because only verified customers are able to submit a review. This gives Feefo an autheticity to the submitted reviews that their main competitors lack. We are able to setup up mulitple campaigns for both the booking process and the client holiday experience which gives two opportunities for a review to be returned. From a marketing perspective the system gives us all the tools we need to communicate our Feefo score on our website and supporting media.

We have achieved Platinum status with Feefo which is a fair reflection of how our customers feel about us, and again this is becuase all of our reviewers must have travelled with us and experienced our full service.

Feefos helpdesk system is very prompt, we have an account manager who we have regular meetings so the support is excellent and always there when you need it.

We have been a Feefo customer for many years now and it has been a great success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feefo?

Sometimes I find the front end interface a little confusing and limiting. For example you are restricted on the content of the review requests that your send out but in fairness this to keep the integrity of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Feefo?

We have a fantastic, responsive account manager, who helps us make the most of our feedback. We find Feefo is always looking to improve its service and offering for our benefit and that of our customers. That the forms are not accessible to customers so we have to ask for changes each time. However, the repsonse time for this is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Feefo help us to identify areas of the business that may be underperforming, so we can address them quickly. It also helps identify areas of strength which we can build upon for the benefit of our customers. We have recently added some Consumer Duty questions to our feedback forms which helps us demonstrate compliance and we can use the feedback to further improve our customers' experience. Supports our brand for marketing and also supports the FCA's Customer Dutry requirements for insurance brokers.
