What do you like best about Feefo?

Feefo provide a lot of support, address any queries very quickly. They also are very creative with new features and these have been very beneficial for our company, these changes are implemented seemlessly and are easy to use.

The website is easy to use and I use it everyday, and its so easy to intergrate Feefo in to my daily routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feefo?

The only thing about Feefo that does impact us negatively in some way is it's standing in SEO - sometimes when a customer searches to review us, a different review provider appears first, and ofcourse this is not our preffered option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Feefo helps us keep reviews all in one place, and makes it easy to reply to these. And on occassion remove unfair reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Feefo?

Zoe (and Dee) have been absolutely wonderful. Zoe has helped me get to grips with Feefo for Kings Camps. I'm new to my role and she was extremely supportive and patient too. Her help with our feedback emails has such a knock on effect. She has truly help our members not only review our camps but made it possible for us to reward them for their support. FRom what I've seen so far, there's a lot to learn but Zoe has assurd me that she will be there every step of the way to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We has some issues with our customer feedback email being received by our members. Zoe help re-issue these emails in order for us to log their reviews. What do you like best about Feefo?

Excellent platform to use . It is very competitive in price compare to other competitors and the platform is very easy to use.

The customer care also is fantastic. Our manager at Feefo has been brilliant, and we can resolve any issue with them, from understanding our insights to integrating with our tech stack – the support that we have received has been outstanding.

What do you like best about Feefo?

As a business you get to submit verfied reviews therefore removing the risk of bots or non customers leaving unwanted reviews.

The on line portal is easy to use and this is all supported by excellent customer support.

What do you dislike about Feefo?

Very occassionally sale uploads can be slow. However, a quick chat with customer support means that this is always quickly resolved with excellent communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows us to show our potential customers they way we go about business and the significance we place on customer service. The award structure emphasises this to our client base. The review process also allows us a platform to give our customers the ability to leave independent feedback that we can learn from.

What do you like best about Feefo?

I've been impressed with Feefo's customer success team. They've been incredibly proactive in reaching out and offering support throughout the process. Their guidance has been invaluable in getting the most out of the platform.

Beyond the initial setup, I'm also a big fan of Feefo's reporting features. The Feedback Breakdown report, in particular, is a game-changer. It allows me to easily drill down into specific areas of customer feedback, like tagging by salesperson. This level of granularity makes it so much easier to identify trends and areas for improvement within the team.

While Feefo's platform itself has been great, we experienced a delay in identifying an issue with our sales data integration. Specifically, it took 3 months to identify that sales data wasn't being properly sent to Feefo. Ideally, we would have been notified much sooner to prevent this gap in our customer feedback data. What do you like best about Feefo?

First and foremost, their pricing is very competitive, but the biggest benefit is the support they provide and continued learning they are building themselves and then sharing with us, in order to build better reviews for you and your customers. What do you dislike about Feefo?

I think the customer facing area could do with an update; but still it's not an issue - just the one area of improvement. My understanding is updates are due shortly anyway, so great to know our feedback is listened to and where appropriate, acted on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Understanding our customers but at scale, and easy record keeping. We can always refer back to review comments. Also having the flexibility of seeing our customers thoughts and feelings at the different stages of our customer journey. We may be getting one area right for our customers, but can see if we're servicing them as required at mid points of the product life cycle, if needing to cancel polices and most importantly at claim. We've never had any issues, allowing us to get on with other things without worrying if all is working as it should.

What do you like best about Feefo?

The on-going, straightforward support they provide. We knew that intergrating Feefo into a site that isn't Shopify or Wordpress would be more complicated but the on-going support in all areas from technical aspects through to how best to word review requests for our specific customers has made the whole process far easier than we could ever have imagined. What do you like best about Feefo?

We have an excellent working relationship with our success director and no question or query is too small for their notice.

Feefo dashboard itself is easy to navigate and is reliable for consistent use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feefo?

There are some features since the merger from Reevoo that are missing on the Feefo dashboard that now requires someone from Feefo to manualy prodcuse that data for us. Would have been nice to keep the functionally we had but hopefully we can gain new features that we can use instead in future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
