Having the option to capture customer emotions through various parameters is pretty good. EVI score helped us greatly upsell premium plans to our existing client base. Hmm - I would say the thing I dislike is that it took me a bit of time to figure out how to craft my own custom customer survey. I love that you can do that but I felt a bit slow the first few times I used the tool, which isn't necessarily a point of feedback on the software but worth flagging either way.
