iLobby allows for the exact functionality we are looking for with visitor sign-in and alerting to the person being visited by multiple methods. While also allowing for the expansion into more options like emergency OS which can be very helpful for a production facility. The support that you receive to troubleshoot problems is quick and knowledeable, but most of the time its so simple to use youll figure it out anyways before they have to for you.
