iLobby is much better than our previous gate management system. It has a clean, slick and usable interface, which is particularly important to us, as we have numerous clients using it as well. The dashboard and overview features are really useful, as are the ways that reporting features are built right into the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have very few issues with iLobby, and the ones that we have are very minor - for example, how you choose a time for a meeting bugs our team a little bit, and we'd love to have more control over the welcome email. The emergency application allowed us to provide mass text alerts with important site closure information to all our employees and contractors which was critical to keeping our employees safe during the Palisades fire in Santa Monica. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since we implemented iLobby across all of our facilities, it has significantly improved our visitor management process. With a high volume of daily visitors, iLobby has streamlined the manual tasks of signing in guests, having them acknowledge our safety and visitor documents, storing their information, and notifying their hosts upon arrival. The tool is user-friendly and has been well-received by everyone. Additionally, iLobby's support team is excellent, always providing prompt responses. I've been able to onboard iLobby for our purpose with ease. Bringing in other employees that will be doing the day-to-day work has been a simple and intuitive process. It is very easy to use and does not take up a lot of space (compact). Our iLobby is used at our food manufacturing plant. I found it to be a very useful tool to manage our food defense program. With iLobby, we have improved our capability to know when we have contractors on site and whether their GMP training is up-to-date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iLobby is very efficient to use. It's very helpful for sending alerts to employees when their visitors are here, relieving the work of our receptionist. It's emergency system is also very useful for keeping track of employees.

iLobby has been an AMAZING addition to our security system. It has saved us numerous hours of stopping work to allow entrance to visitors. The vendor, logs into iLobby, receives their visitor badge and alerts the person that they are visiting of their arrival via text and/or email. In addition, it alerts the visitor in the event of an emergency evacuation. Super simple to implement and integrate into our current security system. We use it every day, all day long. If you have multiple access points and want to offer those as visitor entrances, each one needs a kiosk and license. It would be nice to be able to link those kiosks as one location/license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
