I Love the mulitple different catagories that it offers for breakdown. It is so easy to use and navigate! Phasing it into our site has also been quite the easy thing to do aswell! We love the customer support people, they are highly responsive whenever we have issues. The system we have gets used every day, multiple times a day. Integrating it has also been a breeze Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is really nothing that I dislike about ILobby Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are currently using iLobby for PSM Access Control. Individuals have a QR code which they present at a tablet in order to sign into our process areas. This allows quick access but also a visual indication of where people are in the plant. We also have the ability to submit single point lessons or documents for people to review and acknowledge. We are currently evaluating how to use the other functions but have enjoyed working with the iLobby team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have used iLobby for over a year now. It has been very beneficial. The ability to sign people in and out and send invitations ahead of time has been amazing for us as compared to our standard practices before. Mark has also been wonder to work with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What i like best about iLobby, is that its user friendly, its able to capture large amount of information and simplify. It also, caters to people who speaks multiple languages. Therefore, if you have guest visiting that speak other languages than english no need to worry. Also, it serves as a multiple purpose guest management device. I like that iLobby notifies the visitor's person they intend to see. I like the reminders that guests are still onsite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Returning visitors doesn't always seem to work. then they sign up again and end up with 2 profiles. I don't like that you can't change the contact information. And I don't like that I have to manually update new employees to the address book. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
