What do you like best about FaceUp?

We have been using FaceUp for a few months now and we have had no reports, so we haven't found anything that we dislike yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FaceUp?

The uniqueness of this necessary service, all the support from FaceUp. Guarantee of privacy. Possibility of multiple settings. Ease of Use for the administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

It´s difficult for some employees to save the code for answers and to check the answers when they don´t know exactly when it will be available.

Where would be improvements: Maybe each user can have his / her private account on the site? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had only one problem with displaying the answers - the words were incorrectly separated at the end of the lines. But it was solved very quickly and now everything is all right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Anonymous app, fast communication both ways. You can communicate together, reporting is part of this application. You can dedicate different people from different departments.

What do you like best about FaceUp?

I've enjoyed the ability to change the reporting categories according to our organizations needs. Also the reporting trees were easy to alter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have yet to figure out how to make back ups for when people go on vacation to shut their admin screen down and just make reporting go to someone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
