**What do you like best about AllVoices?**

I love the comprehensive tracking feature of AllVoices, which adeptly manages all our case management and employee relations cases. It not only helps in maintaining a systematic record but also provides confirmation about the next steps to be taken, ensuring that our processes stay on track. I also enjoy the functionality that aids in cleaning up our submitted corrective actions or templates, ensuring they are concise, contain all the necessary information, and are ready to be presented to our leadership. This feature supports us in delivering polished and well-organized documents. Furthermore, I appreciate that the AI function aligns with our policies embedded within the platform, which assists in rendering precise recommendations, thereby refining any drafted emails or corrective action plans.

**What do you like best about AllVoices?**

I really appreciate AllVoices for its better layout compared to other platforms we considered, which makes it more user-friendly. The functions provided by AllVoices are particularly appealing as they fit well with our needs. Setting up AllVoices was a breeze, and I found the default setup the platform came with to be very helpful, enhancing the ease of use right from the start. AllVoices significantly solves the critical issue of reporting on employee relations, especially for our Environmental Social Governance reports on labor and human rights, offering a comprehensive overview that aids in identifying necessary changes across the board. The mandatory compliance feature of an anonymous tip hotline is another standout benefit that aligns perfectly with our organization's requirements, alongside the ability to track employee relations effectively.

**What do you dislike about AllVoices?**

I would like to see a direct integration between AllVoices and UKG so that cases can be stored directly in UKG once completed without additional steps. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the AI could automatically pick up and adjust the case titles based on certain parameters, which would streamline the process further.

**What problems is AllVoices solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find AllVoices helps report employee relations issues for governance reports, provides insight into cases for necessary changes, and offers a mandatory compliance hotline, which improves tracking and highlights areas needing improvement in our business.

**What do you like best about AllVoices?**

I really appreciate how AllVoices has become an integral part of my daily work life, simplifying the management of ER cases significantly. It's amazing how it helps in opening cases, updating them, and adding and simplifying other documents, which makes tracking everything much more manageable. The ability to put everything together for high-risk ER situations, especially when dealing with legal teams, has been invaluable. Additionally, its intuitive setup made it straightforward to integrate into our workflow without any hassle. I feel secure using this professional tool that efficiently assists me, truly acting as an incredible assistant. The assistant feature is another aspect I find particularly useful. Overall, AllVoices is crucial to my professional routine, and I rate it very highly, evidenced by my likelihood of recommending it to others as a 10 out of 10.

**What do you like best about AllVoices?**

I have been using AllVoices for about ten months, soon to be eleven, and it has been a wonderful experience. I love it as it is a great tool that has definitely made our lives much easier. AllVoices has been user-friendly from the very start, and I did not encounter any major difficulties during setup. The 'Vera' feature stands out particularly because it is extremely helpful in drafting emails and ensuring we address all necessary points, which significantly aids our employee relations. The memo feature, which drafts memos about issues, has also been very useful. The support team is fantastic—they cater to our needs, ensure the process goes smoothly, and promptly address any questions or concerns we have, which I think is wonderful. Overall, I believe AllVoices is a great tool, especially for anyone dealing with human resources, and it consistently delivers what we need efficiently.

**What do you dislike about AllVoices?**

There was a minor issue initially with looking up the cases, as the software was not reading the names correctly. This problem did require attention from a representative to resolve.

The customer success team has been very helpful in setting our account up. The process has been extremely simple and quick, giving us access to the software much faster than other companies we’ve worked with in the past.  All features are as advertised.  Keep the work organized for us!

Vera is incredibly efficient at crafting communications that would have taken my team hours, especially given the constant stream of employee relations cases we handle. I also really appreciate the regular campfire talks—they are a highlight for me.

**What do you dislike about AllVoices?**

Absolutely nothing, not one thing. Every aspect of AV is so useful, the graph reporting and breakdon of cases is awlways at our fingertips.

**What problems is AllVoices solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to use smartsheets to manage ER issues and data was housed in multiple locations. With AV all data is in one platform. It can tie cases together with ease. It saves us a tremendous amount of time in drafting communications. Will our EE handbook and policies, Vera can also "advise" on best practice for corrective action.

Not sure, it works very well and is quite customizable.

Ways for folks to share grievances around equity as well as report issues and share whistleblower reports.  It helps us with compliance, documentation, and also with making our organization a truly great place to work.

AllVoices is a great way to track incidents. I really like being able to add multiple notes and attachments, and that there is security at the individual report level.

**What do you dislike about AllVoices?**

It can be difficult to navigate. I wish there were more ways to categorize types of incidents. I wish reports were an option.

Once all company policies are uploaded into Vera, she can create templates, help write more professional responses to both leaders and employees

So far, I haven't encountered any downsides. All Voices organizes every piece of documentation for an ER case in one convenient location. I really appreciate that.

It is housing all of our employee write up, CAF,  ER cases in one place.

When I am in a specific case file, it is easy to understand the history and current status of a case.

When I am searching for cases (both active and closed), the results can be a bit unwieldy and unorganized.

I can quickly see all open and closed cases and check the status of cases efficiently.

Difficult to follow through with investigations without paying extra for more advanced features.

We needed a place where people felt comfortable speaking up. AllVoices has been great for that.

**What do you like best about AllVoices?**

The ease of use and information we are able to gather from our team members that we would not otherwise be able to get. I can confidently say AllVoices has played a critical role in improving our employee experience by giving our people a safe space to share feedback.

**What do you dislike about AllVoices?**

There is nothing we dislike, although we would love to increase utilization as a listening channel for our team members to communicate with leadership and our HR team, rather than just a placet to voice frustrations.

**What problems is AllVoices solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An anonymous listening channel - we can have 2 way conversation and truly understand the root causes of some issues and address them early on. Also helps to be able to problem solve WITH the reporter.

It provides a great avenue for report and communication outside of the entanglements of company politics and hierarchy. Easy to set up and use, very responsive support even on the tech side and easy to integrate into any platform when it comes to features like SSO.

I honestly cannot think of any downside.

I am on the tech side so I personally have not used it but getting support to help users has been a great experience.

AllVoices has been a great partner to us to satisfy our compliance needs. The product is simple and easy to use, the team is quick to respond and super helpful, and they are continually updating features to improve the offering. More than a whistleblower and a great choice for any company.

Just wish we would have known about them sooner!

**What do you like best about AllVoices?**

I use AllVoices for a case management system only. It is relatively easy to use for the base functions. It is also a good tool for those less experienced in conducting investigations and to ensure best practices with handling complaints and issues. The cusomter support team is pretty fast at resolving issues that arise.

**What do you dislike about AllVoices?**

I don't have enough control over the system as a system admin. And the system doesn't handle email notifications well. As an admin I would expect to be able to update the active employee list myself (note that I have not integrated my payroll system with AllVoices becasue I plan on switching payroll systems and don't want to pay extra to set up the integration if I'm leaving that system). Additionally, I would like to see automated email notificaitons and email reminders go out to other admins regarding open cases even if they are not the "assigned" admin for that case. There is no way to manage notifications.

What I like about AllVoices is its holistic approach to reporting software.  It opens the door for employee feedback beyond just encouraging employees to report egregious organizational issues.  It also encourages feedback surrounding DEI issues in the organization and provides a safe space to ensure confidentiality.  It also doesn't feel institutional or punitive.

**What do you dislike about AllVoices?**

I haven't experienced any downsides from using AllVoices.  It's been a great addition to the tools we, as Human Resources, can give our employees to report issues without feeling afraid of retaliation.

**What problems is AllVoices solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our employees are naturally hesitant about making reports in the workplace, as they are concerned about the possibility of retaliation.  This allows them to be heard and still feel safe.  It increases transparency between administration and our direct service employees and has positively affected the relationship between management and direct service staff.

I really love the data that Allvoices gives the organization. I also appreciate the ability to chat back and forth with folks who have submitted grievances

I wish the search function for AllVoices were a little clearer. It would be great to be able to search by words within the submission, search by submitter, search by the person submitting. At this moment it seems like the pro package just offers a standard search bar and it doesn't allow your search to get very granular.

One of our biggest problems prior to AllVoices is that folks would submit grievances anonymously and then never know their submission's outcome. This created the perception that nothing was being worked on or that it was pointless to submit feedback to the organization. Now we can chat back and forth with folks who offer feedback and keep them updated about the steps we're taking to mitigate the harm.

In order for reporters to respond, they need to open a link on their phone and enter a code on a website just to access the chat, which seems like a complicated process. The platform is so easy to use as an admin, I'd love to see the reporter's experience simplified to match.

We appreciate the ability to message anonymous feedback providers. This helps clarify their responses and collect any additional details. The case management assignment also helps ensure ownership and timely responses.

The analytics and reporting functionality are pretty general and it would be helpful to have more advanced. Some of the UX on the case management can be confusing -- it will just stop showing cases after a month-- but they are quick to make adjustments when you provide feedback.

Anonymous reporting and feedback. HR Case management. This prevents the need for a 24 hour managed phone line because people can access the tool from any device.

As a long-term customer with a legacy vendor in the integrity hotline / SOX-compliant whistleblower space, I knew what I didn't want based on experience and administrative hassle. AllVoices has proven to be a modern admin light platform with all the bells and whistles to report, respond, investigate, and track employee (or other stakeholders') reports and information. The system met our language localization requirements, case management needs, and took less than 4 weeks to implement from start to finish.

Interacting with the interface is a bit clunky. It's not very user-friendly and intuitive. Often, I have to click around in various places to find what I'm looking for. It's almost as if the developers don't actually use the software themselves.

I like the AllVoices provided extremely thorough training on the platform for both admins and employees. The ability to submit feedback 100 percent anonymously is also an amazing feature. I know that our employees trust in the platform after our demo with Tiara Mayo - she did an incredible job and made everyone feel comfortable and safe submitting feedback.

I haven't run into many issues yet while using the platform, but one thing that I wish was available to all employees, rather than just admins, are the awesome webinars! I get emails notifying me about the webinars as an admin and had asked if they are available to employees, which is a yes! I just wish that employees would receive the emails as well to notify them about upcoming presentations. :)

The encryption protecting full anonymity really makes a difference in employees' willingness to share feedback they may otherwise not share or would take them longer to 'get the courage' to share it. I've worked with AllVoices for over two years now at two different companies and they have shown through action that they also listen to user feedback and evolve the tool to support your needs, developing it also to expand into relevant needs to deepen your utilization.

I feel like all the things I previously saw opportunity in, they've made adjustments to improve so currently I don't have anything hindering my experience with the product.
