Not only is it a great solution for any problems that can happen in organizations, but also there isn’t any other platform that makes employees feel as safe and comfortable as this one. We offer FaceUp to our clients mainly as a legal solution for the requirements from the government. It is compliant with the requirements for the protection of whistleblowers, GDPR confidentiality, and data security standards. Since it can serve as an internal and external channel which employees, customers, and even distributors can use at once, we can recommend it to everyone. On top of that, it has many exceptional features such as customizable notifications, which prevent administrators from ever missing response deadlines from a legal point of view. We needed a tool that would work as a central system for gathering feedback, suggestions and concerns all at once. One of our main requirements was to have a straightforward solution that would be easy to navigate and manage. But FaceUp exceeded all of our expectations by offering even more. It provided our employees with a quick way to reach out to the company management with anything they perceive as important, whether it concerns personal or company issues, and our management with a lean platform to work with the inputs.
