One suggestion would be to provide guides or instructions in Spanish, which would make it easier to explain the platform to employees without needing to translate everything. What do you like best about FaceUp?

Getting up and running was really easy - the FaceUp team was good to work with and the UI is intuitive. We got an anonymous reporting option up and running for our team quickly and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our problem is having a company with employees spread across many locations doing construction work, who may not know how to share (or feel safe sharing) concerns. FaceUp gives us a way for all employees to report directly to management in a simple easy-to-use format. With links and QR codes widely distributed, the barrier to entry is low. I think that the search between pages could still be improved, so that you don't have to go back when you searched for a case number, or go back to the case and lose the page you were on. Also, calls can be recorded but the voice is distorted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
