What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I love the immediacy of getting a message to the men in my coaching program. They respond to me and we've built great friendships through the service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

The app needs work. The contract interface is not as good as it could be. I should be able to set up names easier.

I can't do a group text from the app and that sucks. Drives me tothe website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I love how you can send multiple people the same text at once, We love the idea you can schedule future texts. Having workers in different parts of the State we like that you can create groups. We have been using this for more than 5 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Need to click a few times to get to get past groups to get to individual contacts; Would like a better way to identify contacts who have opted out and they should automatically be removed from groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZ Texting?

EZ Texting is an a tool for us, IT recruiters, enabling fast, direct communication with candidates. Its mass texting feature is especially useful for reaching multiple candidates about job openings, interview schedules, or status updates, ensuring timely responses in a competitive market. EZ Texting’s automation tools also streamline follow-up messages, keeping candidates engaged throughout the hiring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

Our experience with EZ Texting has unfortunately been very disappointing. Five years ago, we purchased a significant number of credits from them with the assurance from their support team that these credits would not expire, provided we kept our plan active. Following this understanding, we diligently maintained our plan, fully expecting that our credits would be secure.

However, without any prior warning or notification, we recently discovered that our credits had expired. This was both surprising and frustrating, as EZ Texting’s own representatives had clearly communicated that no expiration would apply under our current terms. When we reached out to their support team for assistance, we were met with an unwillingness to help or even consider reissuing the credits. Their lack of accountability for this issue reflects poorly on their customer service and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The cost implications are also significant. Repurchasing the expired credits would now amount to nearly $3,000 CAD, which is a considerable expense for any business. EZ Texting's refusal to honor their original commitment has left us feeling let down and concerned about the reliability of their services.

For anyone considering EZ Texting, be cautious about promises regarding credit expiration and prepared for the possibility of poor support if an issue arises. This experience has shown us that EZ Texting may not be the reliable partner they claim to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are extremely disappointed with our experience with this company. They initially assured us—multiple times—that our purchased credits, totaling thousand of dollars, would never expire as long as our account remained active. Despite this confirmation, the credits disappeared without warning, and we were later informed of a their expiry policy. We had held these credits for 5 years (since 2019) without any indication of this limitation. The sudden loss of funds, paired with the lack of support or resolution, has been very frustrating and unprofessional, leaving us questioning the reliability and transparency of this service. What do you like best about EZ Texting?

Creating new texts based on previously sent messages, messaging with individuals.

I very much like being able to schedule texts that are sent at a later time.

Customer support has always been very helpful when I needed assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The recurring feauture seems really good, but when I use it and need to delete one of the recurrences, it seems to mess the whole thing up. I have not tried in a while so I should do that to see if it has changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
