What do you like best about EZ Texting?

EZ Texting is pretty straightforward and that's probably the best part about it. They've improved the platform to make it even more user-friendly including showing a preview of the message, simplifying their credit system, and improving scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

I don't necessarily use EZ Texting often and the email communications from their platform can be a bit annoying. While scheduling and composing has improved, their previous platform showed the date and time of their server which helped me more confidently schedule our text messages. Now it's timezone-based, but being in a specific timezone that doesn't observe Daylight Saving, it can be a bit confusing and I've made mistakes with campaigns before. Recommendations to others considering EZ Texting:

As with any marketing or promotional campaign, it's important to plan things ahead of time. Use a service like wordcounter.net to make sure your message is within the allowable character limit of text messages. Use the preview option in EZ Texting to make sure that everything works. What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?

While at work I use EZ Texting for sending marketing and promotional messages, I've also used this product during festival events and conferences as a way of mass messaging vendors and participants about updates to schedules, emergency information, etc.. What do you like best about EZ Texting?

The setup was very smooth. Our designated onboarding person, Vicky, was very knowledgeable, open to questions, and extremely helpful. After using it for eight months, employees are very happy—they stay informed, and it’s easy for us to communicate any schedule changes, inclement weather updates, or whether we are open or closed. Even team-building events are easier to advertise to all 80 employees at once.

EZ Texting was exactly what we were looking for. It’s also great to have built-in AI that helps craft messages in different styles, keeping them as short or as long as needed. The owner is happy with the price we’re paying for this convenience! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I send out feedback surveys to customers from several different offices. EZTexting makes it simple to send messages with unique surveys to different groups. I also like that links can be tracked to see who clicked on them. We use this service a lot but we don't have the volume to justify one of the monthly packages, so we use the pay-as-you-go credit system which is perfect for us. I've only had to contact customer support a few times but they were very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZ Texting?

One thing I dislike is how unclear the credit system is when trying to understand actual costs. It’s hard to tell how much I’m truly spending per message, which makes budgeting and ROI tracking more difficult than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

THERE ARE MANY REASONS WHY WE USE EZ TEXTING AT MY COMPANY THE MAIN TWO ARE HOW EASY IT IS TO USE AND HOW I CAN GROUP EMPLOYEES FOR DIFFERENT TEXT. MY COMPANY USES THIS DAILY FROM URGENT INFORMATION TO CELEBRATORY TEXT. I PUSHED FOR THIS FEATURE SO THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PERSONALLY TEXT 100+ WHEN SOMETHING NEEDED TO BE SAID. THE EASE OF SETTING IT UP AND SHOWING OTHERS HOW EASY IT IS TO USE REALLY HELPED WITH EVERYONE GETTING ON BOARD. What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I appreciate the ease of use in managing and using the web application. We use it for company emergency or other all company or team communications. Onboarding new users is simple and sending standardized texts in real time or on a schedule is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

The increase in annual cost but it is not prohibitive. We don't use it for marketing or customers, just internal employee communication. So there is no ROI on the overhead. A mobile app would be very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZ Texting?

It makes it very convenient to send out text messages to a large group of clients at once. It's definitely convenient, efficient, and saves lots of time for us. The messages deliver quickly, and we like being able to communicate back and forth with out clients when we need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

I would say the only downside is still being charged a message credit for phone numbers that are not in service (because we don't know they're out of service and were only given numbers recently; it's also not uncommon for the type of clients we deal with to disconnect their numbers often). What do you like best about EZ Texting?

The delivery reports are excellent. The responsiveness from the support team is great. Their automation is very useful for the purpose of sending a message to leads as soon as they sign up. Their onboarding process is straightforward and reasonable. Legitimate responses like questions from customers appear in the inbox. Very useful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

Their email notifications and mobile app notifications send you updates about both opt-outs and regular, legitimate messages like questions from customers. It would be great to configure their email notifications and mobile app notifications to show only notify us about regular, legitimate messages because the opt outs take care of themselves. If a person unsubscribes, they won't receive our messages anymore. That situation is resolved, whereas questions from potential leads is not resolved until we respond to them. Therefore, those messages deserve more attention than opt-outs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EZ Texting solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use ez texting to communicate with both leads and customers. This tool is especially useful because unlike email inboxes, texting does not have a default spam folder. Whereas some marketing emails make it to people's primary inboxes, and other emails do not make it and instead go to the spam folder, text messages sent from ez texting are received around 98% of the time, unless the person's phone number is a landline, invalid, not in use anymore, etc. The email spam folder prevents emails from reaching certain people's inboxes, but by leveraging text messages, you can avoid the spam folder and actually connect with your customers and leads. What do you like best about EZ Texting?

EZ Texting is a great platform. It has been the best option for communicating with all of our program recipents. I really enjoy that EZ texting allows us to send out both mass group and individual text messages. As well as have the option to reply to our recipents in real time. The process to integrate contacts into the system is also very easy with endless options for transfer whether you use an excel sheet or another online platform or file type. The customer support is top tier also! They help walk you through all the steps to get started effiencently and even follow up to help if you run into any problem with implementation. What do you like best about EZ Texting?

Most helpful is importing from our crm contacts to build sms marketing campaigns for. What's more is the SMS campaign build is seamless and executable without any time delay as you get real time delivery responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

My only dislike is the additional credits required when you want to use syntax fields and special characters in a campaign message. This extra charge of credits (although worth the cost - greater respond rates) is annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZ Texting?

The dashboard is very professional and easy to use. I really like the reporting feature so I can check opt-in and opt-out. It lets me organize by different groups so categorizing clients is easy.
