I don't necessarily use EZ Texting often and the email communications from their platform can be a bit annoying. While scheduling and composing has improved, their previous platform showed the date and time of their server which helped me more confidently schedule our text messages. Now it's timezone-based, but being in a specific timezone that doesn't observe Daylight Saving, it can be a bit confusing and I've made mistakes with campaigns before. The setup was very smooth. Our designated onboarding person, Vicky, was very knowledgeable, open to questions, and extremely helpful. After using it for eight months, employees are very happy—they stay informed, and it’s easy for us to communicate any schedule changes, inclement weather updates, or whether we are open or closed. Even team-building events are easier to advertise to all 80 employees at once.
EZ Texting was exactly what we were looking for. It’s also great to have built-in AI that helps craft messages in different styles, keeping them as short or as long as needed. The owner is happy with the price we’re paying for this convenience! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I send out feedback surveys to customers from several different offices. EZTexting makes it simple to send messages with unique surveys to different groups. I also like that links can be tracked to see who clicked on them. We use this service a lot but we don't have the volume to justify one of the monthly packages, so we use the pay-as-you-go credit system which is perfect for us. THERE ARE MANY REASONS WHY WE USE EZ TEXTING AT MY COMPANY THE MAIN TWO ARE HOW EASY IT IS TO USE AND HOW I CAN GROUP EMPLOYEES FOR DIFFERENT TEXT. MY COMPANY USES THIS DAILY FROM URGENT INFORMATION TO CELEBRATORY TEXT. I PUSHED FOR THIS FEATURE SO THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PERSONALLY TEXT 100+ WHEN SOMETHING NEEDED TO BE SAID. THE EASE OF SETTING IT UP AND SHOWING OTHERS HOW EASY IT IS TO USE REALLY HELPED WITH EVERYONE GETTING ON BOARD. It makes it very convenient to send out text messages to a large group of clients at once. It's definitely convenient, efficient, and saves lots of time for us. I would say the only downside is still being charged a message credit for phone numbers that are not in service (because we don't know they're out of service and were only given numbers recently; it's also not uncommon for the type of clients we deal with to disconnect their numbers often). The delivery reports are excellent. The responsiveness from the support team is great. Their automation is very useful for the purpose of sending a message to leads as soon as they sign up. Their email notifications and mobile app notifications send you updates about both opt-outs and regular, legitimate messages like questions from customers. It would be great to configure their email notifications and mobile app notifications to show only notify us about regular, legitimate messages because the opt outs take care of themselves. If a person unsubscribes, they won't receive our messages anymore. That situation is resolved, whereas questions from potential leads is not resolved until we respond to them. EZ Texting is a great platform. It has been the best option for communicating with all of our program recipents. I really enjoy that EZ texting allows us to send out both mass group and individual text messages. As well as have the option to reply to our recipents in real time. The process to integrate contacts into the system is also very easy with endless options for transfer whether you use an excel sheet or another online platform or file type. The customer support is top tier also! They help walk you through all the steps to get started effiencently and even follow up to help if you run into any problem with implementation. The dashboard is very professional and easy to use. I really like the reporting feature so I can check opt-in and opt-out. It lets me organize by different groups so categorizing clients is easy.
