Eye4 Fraud as a product is essential to my business as It has allowed us to process almost all orders now! As a business, Eye4Fraud is the BEST customer service I have ever experienced, answering questions within a few minutes, at all times of the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that we disliked about the service was the app that's used for the Shopify platform. It just wasn't as customizable as far as settings like we would have liked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were an early adopter of Signifyd (2012) , they did great for a while but they had several policy changes to prevent merchants from getting reimbursed for cases of missed fraud. Hence, we changed to eye4fraud. Eye4fraud is much much better about both catching fraud as well as making it very easy to get paid for cases that they miss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
