They're fast at reviewing and approving orders, have been extremely responsive with refunds for the very very small number of fraudulent orders that have slipped through, and now our business has a reputation for not letting fraud go through so we see less attempts.

Orders that appear to be fraud at times can still be marked as Insured. This can be costly for us when an order gets shipped out and we receive a chargeback for it.
