Since going with Eye4Fraud we were able to stop doing that. Result has been a better customer experience and the increase in orders practically pays for the service. We have not had a single chargeback since starting with Eye4Fraud, but I know that if I do they have it covered. Also, Eye4Fraud customer service is extremely good (10/10 level). I would highly recommend them. **What do you dislike about Evereye?** Not a thing I would change about Eye4Fraud. I can't imagine anyone is doing it better than they are. I don't give fraud a minute of my time anymore and instead I can concentrate on all of the other aspects of the business. **Recommendations to others considering Evereye:** Don't wait for fraud to strike before getting fraud prevention in place. **What problems is Evereye solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our biggest issue that Eye4Fraud solved was our requirement for billing and shipping addresses to match. That prevented fraud at first, but then fraudsters figured out a way around that and we were getting hit again. That's when we found Eye4Fraud and we were able to stop address matching. We used to have an in-house double-check process for orders over a certain amount, since we use EYE4FRAUD we never double question an order. We required fraud services only on specific order values, and they are doing that for us at a reasonable cost. Occasionally we receive an order, let's say 10am on a Tuesday and we find out the following day it was fraud. That is too slow for us - we already shipped it. Also the process of trying to get money back for chargebacks they insured is not the best. It's just e-mailing them and following up to make sure it was handled. We used a different chargeback insurance company before, and we had a high failure rate coupled with nonexisting customer service. With Eye4Fraud, we found just the opposite. Their algorithm is super accurate, and they were able to stop most potential fraudulent orders. They also go beyond their duty to assist us with any help, even if it falls out of their control. For example, a few months ago, we had huge chargeback that we did not insure beforehand, and Eye4Fraud offered their assistance without asking and questions. With their help, we were able to win this big chargeback and avoided a huge loss. We had many fraudulent orders, and our team spent a lot of time validating and reviewing them manually. Eye4Fraud gave us a simple "Green light/Red light" review of orders which has been extremely helpful. We've still had a few chargeback cases, but it's a lot lower percentage. Even better, now we're fully insured, and Eye4Fraud handles the chargeback dispute process! **What do you dislike about Evereye?** No major complaints. We had slow processing/pushback on a chargeback one time and I ended up getting a personal call from the owner; he quickly resolved the matter. I appreciated that personal touch, plus it increased my confidence in their service **What problems is Evereye solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have dramatically reduced time-spend on order management. We have also reduced loss from fraudulent orders. Having orders reviewed and insured is a big deal. We were seeing increasing numbers of sophisticated fraud cases in which criminals would use IP spoofing, real customer addresses, and custom email addresses to place orders and then redirect packages in route using services like "UPS MyChoice" and "FedEx Delivery Manager". Now we don't have to worry about these issues. ### 37. It pays for itself and the team is very helpful. **What do you dislike about Evereye?** If we have an order come in after close of business on a Friday or weekend that is from something like a VPN or proxy that needs to be manually be checked, then we can't ship this order until Monday once the team is available to manually check these orders. Not every weekend order has this type of issue, but there is one from time to time that we need to check back later for a determination of whether it is fraud or not. **Recommendations to others considering Evereye:** If you are tired of shipping free stuff to customers that are fraudsters and need something to help you with fraud, Eye4Fraud can help. It's helped us and has paid for itself and then some in terms of sending out fraudulent orders that should not have shipped in the first place. **What problems is Evereye solving and how is that benefiting you?** If we have a fraudulent order come in without Eye4Fraud, then we ship it and a month or more later, we get a chargeback and have lost the dispute with the card companies in the past. With Eye4Fraud at work, we generally get fraudulent orders kicked back and refunded without getting to the chargeback phase, without shipping the fraudulent orders out at all. So we are not dealing with shipping goods, then losing the money a month later anymore. We've dealt with chargebacks from time to time still and have been able to resolve them working with the customer or working with the Eye4Fraud team on the credit card company paperwork in submitting the response to the chargeback. If we lose the case with the card company, the Eye4Fraud team cuts us a check to cover the order that should not have shipped but did because they didn't catch it or defend the chargeback to the point that the card company puts the funds back on our account. ### 38. The website can take a long time to load, and sometimes the response time from the team can take days. We have been working with them on this, and it has improved. **Recommendations to others considering Evereye:** Sometimes, you will need to leave time to expect answers from the team or for a specific order search to load—otherwise, no actual recommendations. **What problems is Evereye solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have to worry about manual fraud checks anymore. We also don't have to worry about what happens if we accidentally ship out an order that is fraud down the line.
