Our biggest challenge was not fully understanding the complexity of "effective" multichannel marketing. Understand the effectiveness of our Proprietary 7-Step Customer Acquisition Program was easy, knowing how to communicate that with any company that offers e mail marketing was our challenge. After several meetings, we found the process to be overwhelming, complicated (of course we made it complicated) and realized we had a lot of work to do on our end.

Over time, we began to understand the Experiture Platform and got a clear understanding of how we needed to take advantage of their platform and how powerful their Platform could be in helping us achieve the effectiveness and results we were expecting.

Bottom line, any e mail marketing platform is complex and challenging for most people to fully understand and appreciate, but more importantly, finding the people behind the platform is, I believe, the most important factor when reviewing and making a decision on automated e mail marketing programs.
