Expensify really simplifies my expenses and procurement process and allows me to do my job with ease. I thoroughly enjoy both the app and the desktop/web application because it's really simple to use and means that you can upload a receipt and it basically does the rest for you. Coming from corporate work backgrounds with tedious expense platforms and/or manual excel files, Expensify is so easy to use with it's convenient, integrations and email uploads!
Processes are easy to implement and begin using right away.

The only thing I dislike about Expensify is the assumed CAD conversion rates for US charges.

It is so easy to upload receipts that my payroll reports are automatically submitted to my employer and never late anymore! Expensify also has great customer service - it is so easy contact the concierge and receive immediate assistance when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Uploading on the go is incredibly easy! I love that the app allows for both smart scans and manual input for receipts. It’s also simple to keep my trips organized with separate reports for later reconciliation. I can input all my budget line items, making it easier to itemize everything.
