What do you like best about ExpensePoint?

The ease for the users is fantastic. They can do everything from their phone. Once the learning curve has been navigated, it is very user friendly.

As administrator, I love that I can view employees receipts at any point in the process (when they're in their wallet, once they've filed them in their report, or once they submit the report). I can navigate all of it from my phone, tablet, or laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExpensePoint?

The migration from ExpensePoint to Quickbooks 98 is not nearly as fluid as I was expecting. We had to download and subscribe to a third party software that converts the expensepoint report from .csv to a version that works with QB.

Also, instead of migrating one batch of expenses as the end of the week, we have to run one batch for Visa charges, one for MasterCard charges, one for Visa credits, and one for MC credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ExpensePoint?

Ease of use, flexible Apps, ability to download reports into our ERP System and the customer support is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExpensePoint?

Not much that I have found although the Automation Manager function could use some improvement such as retaining the report title after it has been approved prior to downloading. It is still much better than our ERP's version of reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ExpensePoint?

The customer service is great (especially Kelly from the implementation team)--always available, friendly, and helpful. The app is intuitive. The website version is pretty easy to use, once you get the hang of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ExpensePoint?

It's very easy to build reports and build out your company processes. There is a good level of customization available so you can tailor the platform to your needs and create tailored experiences for your users. The mobile app makes reporting so simple. The implementation was relatively easy & the support we've been given has been great - the ExpensePoint team is very knowledgeable & quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExpensePoint?

What do you like best about ExpensePoint?

I love the ability to take a photo of my receipt as soon as I get it in hand, and upload to view or modify later. This helps eliminate the risk of losing or misplacing receipts and missing expenses. The actual app is so easy to use and navigate; It's pretty self-explanatory but the ExpensePoint team was great at onboarding us to knowing the ins and outs. The app even saves your expense so that if you have recurring expesnes each month, it's easy to submit them quickly. The chart that captures where you spend most of your money is also a great tool to be able to monitor where expenses are going the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExpensePoint?

There really isn't much that I dislike about ExpensePoint. I would want to see a feature where you can filter things when searching for past work or when looking at everyone's work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we decided to implement the software, the support team was very helpful in setting up and customize the software to our needs. They also provide excellent ongoing support as needed. What do you like best about ExpensePoint?
