
I've been using Expandi as a paying customer for a year now, and I only have great things to say! It’s easy to use, with ready-made templates, and it rarely has bugs or downtime. It has helped me get new deals and is a great tool for automating LinkedIn growth.
Their Help Center is very detailed, and their customer service is excellent. English is not my first language, and sometimes explaining my problem is tricky, but their support team has always been patient and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn’t say I dislike anything, but I do look forward to Expandi improving its dashboard features. The platform works well, but some dashboarding options are missing. The tool is exciting and addresses a gap in the outbound market. Linkedin automation is tricky, however it's a big focus for sellers as more traditional channels like email become less effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were never even able to get our team fully into the system due to issues with the product, and yes, we were REQUIRED to enter a credit card, even for the trial, to find out the tool wasn't polished. Probably related to the utilization of Linkedin credentials - but after 3 weeks of troubleshooting with a support team reading a script and no assistance, the allure of the product was outweighed by product/support issues.

I like that it is very easy to use. I loved that the support team is extremely efficient and reactive (and it is unusual that you proactively reach out to ensure the point is closed). I find that your proceedures are well explained. The integration with the LinkedIn account is also easy and seamless. Overall, I am very happy both with the tool and the team! As already discussed with the team, I will need to be able to attach an image to follow ups. Another (nice to have) idea could be to improve Builder, so we can go from one campaign type to the next, and with manual decision points to trigger to continue or stop (just as you do: if someone answers, then the campaign pauses unless we say otherwise).
On a side note, you could work on some labels as they are sometimes confusing. For instance the "pause campaign" could be a "click here to pause..." (as I first though the label was telling me what was active, ie the campaign is paused - and so I clicked). Going through the site labels from a customer angle to double check them might avoid questions.
Last, you could think of adding more payment means to give us options in case our credit card limit has been reached (which was my case this month). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I can rest easy at the end of the day and know that I have Expandi to be working on my behalf - Love Automation. I have increased my following and connections by the hundreds in a short period of time and because I have campaigns working for me in the background, our business is becoming more top of mind to new prospects and leads. Two things I would suggest solutions for:
1. Increasing the limit of 2,500 in searches as it can be a lot to figure out how to break down large searches on LInkedIn Sale Nav
2. Every time I update my LinkedIn company page event with a new date and time in the future, I have to message the Technical team with the updated info so it can show up in my Campaigns. It would be great if this were automatic in some way so that I don't have to wait for the technical team to manually update my event so I can run an Event Invite campaign Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Patricija is a member of the Expandi.io technical support team. Expandi is an incredible product. It is however at times complicated to understand the nuances of. Not the day to day use. The things like "how do I connect Expandi to my CRM via Zapier when a lead declines my connection request but I want to track that lead later on and send them an email?" are complicated to work through. I have a strong grasp of how the system works. But I love it when Patricija is available to answer my tech support questions and to spit ball ideas about how to best achieve my goals. Her knowledge of the system is head and shoulders above most of the team that I have encountered and she always comes up with practical workarounds.
