I like that it is very easy to use. I loved that the support team is extremely efficient and reactive (and it is unusual that you proactively reach out to ensure the point is closed). I find that your proceedures are well explained. The integration with the LinkedIn account is also easy and seamless. Overall, I am very happy both with the tool and the team! As already discussed with the team, I will need to be able to attach an image to follow ups. Another (nice to have) idea could be to improve Builder, so we can go from one campaign type to the next, and with manual decision points to trigger to continue or stop (just as you do: if someone answers, then the campaign pauses unless we say otherwise).

On a side note, you could work on some labels as they are sometimes confusing. For instance the "pause campaign" could be a "click here to pause..." (as I first though the label was telling me what was active, ie the campaign is paused - and so I clicked). Going through the site labels from a customer angle to double check them might avoid questions.

Last, you could think of adding more payment means to give us options in case our credit card limit has been reached (which was my case this month). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can rest easy at the end of the day and know that I have Expandi to be working on my behalf - Love Automation. I have increased my following and connections by the hundreds in a short period of time and because I have campaigns working for me in the background, our business is becoming more top of mind to new prospects and leads. Two things I would suggest solutions for:

1. Increasing the limit of 2,500 in searches as it can be a lot to figure out how to break down large searches on LInkedIn Sale Nav

2. Every time I update my LinkedIn company page event with a new date and time in the future, I have to message the Technical team with the updated info so it can show up in my Campaigns. It would be great if this were automatic in some way so that I don't have to wait for the technical team to manually update my event so I can run an Event Invite campaign Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Patricija is a member of the Expandi.io technical support team. Expandi is an incredible product. It is however at times complicated to understand the nuances of. Not the day to day use. The things like "how do I connect Expandi to my CRM via Zapier when a lead declines my connection request but I want to track that lead later on and send them an email?" are complicated to work through. I have a strong grasp of how the system works. But I love it when Patricija is available to answer my tech support questions and to spit ball ideas about how to best achieve my goals. Her knowledge of the system is head and shoulders above most of the team that I have encountered and she always comes up with practical workarounds. The integration with Expandi.io indeed may be pretty much of an up-and-down experience, but its merits run laps around the cost. Expandi.io will save your time, increase your reach, enhance engagement, and improve your organization - undoubtedly a very precious resource for research and networking. For me, the price of Expandi.io was a little daunting as a student. In the end, though, I thought of it as an investment in the research for my thesis because it brought a lot of features and benefits that were important. The cost is high for most students, and a lot of them cannot afford it so that a student discount will bring this powerful tool to many users in academic settings.

Although Expandi.io is already powerful by itself, its ability to be effective is greatly improved with its integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. A wealth of possibilities opens for more efficient and more targeted lead generation through this feature. However, the tool has quite a high cost, so this just raises the general cost of using Expandi.io to its full potential.

Without this, it was hard for me to collect potential leads. One can't overemphasize how critical advanced searches and filters from Sales Navigator are in reaching out to the right prospects. In my case, without it, Expandi.io was, to some extent, less valuable because the lead generation process was not entirely adequate and felt boring.

In general, while Expandi.io is a fantastic software product, the price is a hindrance to using it for students. Discounting the tool for students would make it much more accessible. But wait, for best results, one has to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator along with Expandi.io, which is again an expense, yet it is very much necessary for optimum lead generation. Without Sales Navigator, the potential of this tool drops down significantly, making it much harder to harness its capabilities for any particular need - for instance, my thesis research. Easy to use. Building marketing campaigns with conditional process flow is easy and intuitive. The ability to build a list of contacts to market to using a LinkedIn URL is great. I think one of the best parts is the chat support feature...anytime I have a question or issue I get prompt responses that are usually spot-on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
