What do you like best about Exatom?

The tool gives a very nice insight in the journey throughout your form. Very easy to use, and you can immediatly see your results.

Whenever there is a friction in the journey it is also very easy to zoom in on the usage, and detect what can be improved.

What do you like best about Exatom?

By using Exatom, we were able to gain more detailed insights into potential bottlenecks in our forms compared to other tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar. Very helpful are insights such as error-rate, hesitation time, autofill, interaction time per step and by field. The implementation of the tool was incredibly easy and whenever we needed support, assistance was provided instantly. Exatom recognizes your forms based on FormID. This is an advantage when you have one form that is shown on multiple pages as you can analyse it as one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exatom?

Initially, we encountered some difficulties in accurately mapping the flow of our funnel. However, with the assistance of Exatom, we were able to resolve the issue, making the interpretation of the data much easier. What do you like best about Exatom?

Exatom form analytics tool helps business to retain and gain their customers. Few things I like about Exatom is it provides the analytics in Real time and the Tooltips they provide are very realistic and friendly approach with look and feel can be made of our choice. We use Exatom to find Strategies and methods to improve our process. The analytics gained from Exatom help us to find the number of droupout happen while filling the forms and what problems they are facing. We can also find the droupout are happening either through phone or other devices. So these analytics can help our team to change or modify our process accordingly. Also, Exatoms reports the issues in real time we can make immediate changes and rectify it. So, that it helps in customer droupout. What do you like best about Exatom?

It’s very easy to start with Exatom. We just used Google Tag Manager to put the tags on the website and our forms were found automatically. Insights are very detailed: we don’t get this from tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar. Intuitive UI of the platform.
