What do you like best about eWorkOrders CMMS?

1. The ability to provide pictures in requests

1. The inability of fields to auto populate based on an associated fields info

2. Creating a work order based on a failed PM is cumbersome at best

1. The ease of use has encouraged employees to buy into the system. Work requests are up by 50% from staff over our previous system.

2. The ability to put pictures into the work requests has reduced the amount of instruction needed in requests.

3. Spot Buy feature allows us to separate our one-off purchases and keep our purchase orders tied directly to the inventory

What do you like best about eWorkOrders CMMS?

It's a simple platform. The other CMMS systems we reviewed had extremely elaborate tools that would likely simply go unused based upon the need of our business and the skill level of the team interacting with it. Having the option for an unlimited number of users means that even our base level technicians can have ease of access to the platform without us having to review the P&L every time we have a new staff hire. This was a huge nuisance with our last platform and EWO solved for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eWorkOrders CMMS?

Lack of custom report generation. As a person who subscribes wholeheartedly to a data driven approach, being able to manually custom make reports would be a huge improvement on the experience with EWO. However, the other tools in the system are more than adequate for operating the business and any custom reporting we may need can be done by customer service. eWork Orders is very user friendly!

Customer support staff is very responsive and helpful.

Their tech team have been able to provide every special requested report I have wanted.

The variety and details their reports can generate seems to be endless from productivity to inventory.

What problems is eWorkOrders CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating work orders in our front office and passing that communications back to the back end "line crew" was always quirky with paper. Now our staff are using desk top to create the work orders and back end users are using ipads instead of paper and things flow much better. We are able to attach documents and photos to the work orders for ease of access. The list is long of the benefits but those are the two most useful to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eWorkOrders CMMS?

Very functional, straightforward implementation and integration, import and export features, excellent uptime, ease of use in the field for my staff, and responsive and effective tech support—we have used eWorkOrders daily since 2017, producing over 27,000 work orders in that time frame. It is a robust system that has proven to be reliable for our staff in the field and for monitoring and reporting in the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eWorkOrders CMMS?

Auto generate, traceability, data collection, and no more paper. Easy acess with desktop, tablet, or phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eWorkOrders CMMS?

The only negative I have seen is if you are in a hostile environment and can't take a tablet or phone within the setting you are completing a PM, the technician may have to make several trips back and forth to complete a checklist if they do not have it memorised. But, you can print it off and take the copy with you and then complete it electronically when finished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eWorkOrders CMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paper savings. Time that a scheduler was taking to manage, print, sort, and deliver PMs to supervisors. Time that was spent retrieving, completing, and scanning paper copies in our old system. time spent looking for lost WOs or tracking down techincians for incomplete WOs. Downtime and data collection and visibility to all with permisssions. Hundreds of reports available to run for data collection and presentation.
