I like the customer request modules the most. It allows requesters to see the status and history of their requests. Team members submitting requests can instantly share their status, view updates, see the history, and stay informed without needing to shift the maintenance team for answers. This feature improves communication, reduces bottlenecks, and creates a smoother workflow for both requests and technicians. What do you like best about eWorkOrders CMMS?

We own a large multi-tenant medical property. Because the building was previously a hospital, and has been re-purposed, the building systems are very complicated and diverse. The various systems include multiple HVAC units, fire safety and sprinkler, electrical and plumbing, with some units serving multiple tenants and some individual tenants. We also have over 40,000 square feet of roofs, and 7 elevators serving the building and adjacent parking deck.

We have begun to upload information and locations for all the varied systems, so that our tenants can submit repair requests. With eWorkOrders we can track the performance of our in-house maintenance team, as well as the numerous outside vendors who also serve the building. We pride ourselves on being very responsive to our tenants, and this ensures that problems are addressed quickly.

It is also important for us to track the routine maintenance of our systems and equipment so that we can stay ahead of potential problems, as our equipment is of varying ages and manufacturers.

We reviewed several CMMS software programs before choosing eWorkOrders. We found the software easy to use and understand, and the eWorkOrders staff got us up and running quickly. What do you like best about eWorkOrders CMMS?

It's a simple platform. The other CMMS systems we reviewed had extremely elaborate tools that would likely simply go unused based upon the need of our business and the skill level of the team interacting with it. Having the option for an unlimited number of users means that even our base level technicians can have ease of access to the platform without us having to review the P&L every time we have a new staff hire. What do you dislike about eWorkOrders CMMS?

Lack of custom report generation. As a person who subscribes wholeheartedly to a data driven approach, being able to manually custom make reports would be a huge improvement on the experience with EWO. However, the other tools in the system are more than adequate for operating the business and any custom reporting we may need can be done by customer service.
