CS has been very responsive **What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you?** Establishing EDI connections with our HRIS was time-consuming and problematic. It's been pretty seamless so far. **Recommendations to others considering EverythingBenefits:** It's worth it. They continue to evolve their implementation, open enrollment and products to keep ahead of industry trends. **What do you dislike about EverythingBenefits?** EB is growing fast, so I am learning lots of new names. **Recommendations to others considering EverythingBenefits:** If an option, review the integration with your software. The new hire reporting is a great improvement over any manual process. Compare COBRA features, the EB solution covers more than most competition. **What problems is EverythingBenefits solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefit carrier connectivity implementation is better than competitors – we know, we tried a few. Also, being able to offer COBRA Administration and Retirement Plan connectivity through existing source has reduced costs for our clients by consolidating services and our cost for training and annual updates. ### 7.
