The direct link functionality and pixel testing capabilities. Alongside this, the ease of uploading and processing reversals is very straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't record both 'returned' and 'approved' conversions for the affiliate. This means it creates additional work for client managers to download, export reports and tally up for an affiliate when they should be able to do so themselves. The reporting and analytics are able to give visual timeline data at the subID levels. Lots of customizations available to tailor landing pages per partner. I can use Zapier to generate a daily CSV from my company's DB and then upload that CSV to my Everflow API, all on a daily automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That all custom settings are primarily attached to your offers. Some of my custom setting would make more sense and function better if they were attached to a partner. I also wish custom payout and custom revenue were two separate settings. If I set a custom revenue using a postback url parameter from the advertiser, I'm not able to also set a different custom payout based on the partner. In this scenario, both revenue and payout are dependent on two different variables, which doesn't work when both must live within one custom setting. I was able to work around this using the daily CSV upload described in the last question, but that was a lot of work to setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform itself is robust and can be customized to varying degrees depending on your business needs. This is what you would anticipate from an affiliate tracking platform as those are considered table stakes. What is truly incredible about Everflow are their employees and the level of support we received from them. During our launch we were in constant communication with Peter Kurjanowicz and he was incredible. Took his time to explain things, if we wanted to try something unique he would immediately go and talk to his engineering team to see what was possible. I have seen a few reviews below calling out Pete and stating that he is the reason they would never use Everflow, and I can assure you, Pete is the only reason I would keep using Everflow. The system has very robust capabilities, which means that the platform can be a little overwhelming with all of the options. Thankfully, they have great support videos that help guide you thru every possible feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Complexity of implementation. Support team not going the extra mile when issues regarding implementation come up. They need to improve personalised service. We had issues regarding implementation with a well known CRM going on for 3 months now. A quick call between the two providers would have solved the issue in 10min since it is clearly a communication problem. However, Everflow support dd not go the extra mile.
