What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

Everbridge integrate and use various communication channel to reach users in time of emergency situations. It sent mass notification to all the channels like SMS, email, push-out notification and private DM on social media platform to relay information about the emergency situation where the recipient need to take a swift action. It help saves the effort and cut-short the time needed to making sure everyone is safe and sound.

Notification delivery tracker let me know how many of the message is opened and how many isn't opened yet by the receiver. The opening rates give me a valuable insight on how to create a strategy to make it mandatory for the recipient to open the notification when they receive.

The system needs better design choices to help beginner users understand it easily. It may need some exploration to locate particular tools within the platform. So if you are not tech savvy the setup process can be quite complex and consume much time. It is however very steep learning curve and there is a lot of trial and error involved until you get everything set up properly. During crises, the problem is solved by Everbridge Mass Notification as a period of timely and efficient communication. Coordination of responses during emergencies was a chaotic process before using it. However, with Everbridge, we can now instantly send out alerts to all relevant parties on the same page. That has improved our times so much, and prepared us so much, that. The aspect of Everbridge Mass Notification most important to me is the sheer breadth of notification possibilities. It makes sure that text messages are sent via SMS, email and or via telephone call so as to capture all eventuality of an emergency. The templates are useful in making further adjustments in case of making group communication in a short time. The imperatives to the choice of the platform also include a reporting function that shows delivery reports that will allow to make sure that everyone received the message. The downside of Everbridge Mass Notification is that customization of advanced alerts is quite complex. The system connects to multiple communication channels so I can reach recipients through SMS and email and social media platforms simultaneously. The system proves especially useful in emergency situations where I need to warn all employees about sudden storms. The system reduces time while ensuring all employees stay updated.

The system provides me with template customization tools that help me create messages which are both effective and personal for different situations. Real-time tracking of message delivery along with read receipts provides me with a high level of assurance. The dashboard presents an overwhelming experience because it displays an extensive number of options simultaneously. Users who are new to the system face challenges when they need to navigate through all available features. The reporting system provides extensive features however it becomes sluggish during work with extensive datasets. The process of creating detailed reports requires additional time than I find acceptable. Small issues with the dashboard functionality are outweighed by the exceptional operational efficiency emergency response software delivers to our emergency communication systems. The system halted our message transmission when we needed to evacuate a building urgently. Even though notifications resumed shortly afterward that small delay felt like sustained forever. I've used Everbridge for nearly 10 years and would recommend to any other professionals in search of a mass notification platform. The features that have been added over the past 3-5 years have really helped my use case while offering more flexibility in delivery method, custom logo's, call routing, conf bridge triaging and custom SMS and email templates. The inability of Everbridge to offer our historical call logs is unfortunate. I'd prefer to have access to all notifications I've ever sent, not just the last 200 active notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When firm communications (email, desk phone) are unavailable, Everbridge is the only option to reach our staff. What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

The quick update and visual representation on the VCC map when an event is occurring and automation that it delivers the event information to our contact recipients via email text and calls. The web posting add-on feature was found to be super helpful because we utilize the Slack Messaging application at work and helps with confirming that the message was sent out and contacts notified in the Slack channels we created and embedded to merge with Everbridge. Due to our rural environment locations at our asset sites, not all local events reach the news source teams that filter out and update VCC with the events occurring around the world.
